Becky and Justin have been great and super helpful since I started using them. I had another company that was more expensive and was doing less. It was like each week the pool got worse and worse. These guys came out, explained everything to me, even when they had already explained it to me, and put me at ease with pool stuff. Even after my pool had issues after the freeze they bent over backwards to get me back up and never ghosted me. Hired to clean pool and jacuzzi weekly. They put so much chemical in the pool it had calcium buildup every where. Had to drain clean and refill. Then just stopped servicing it altogether without telling me and it was green when I removed the top to get it. That's when I called and she said sorry we stopped servicing it. Stayed with them all winter anyways. They sent me a invoice March 28th for April and it got lost in my emails. "My fault". Never called or text and sent me another invoice not until may 28th almost two months later and I was in Vegas for a few weeks for work. Invoice stated for April thru June 1st. I paid it the full amount for 2 months service. I get back to go swimming and the pool is green. Has not been serviced since may 14th. So I need a refund for the two weeks they didn't show or 2 weeks of service. I have sent messages, left voicemails, and called over 20 times and have gotten no response. Horrible customer service! I forgot to mention that for 4 months they only vacuumed the pool twice! And that was when I asked. I had to get the brush and scrub the bottom bc the dead algae wouldn't vacuum up it had been there so long! Do not use this company! I cannot stress enough how bad customer service is!!!!! I'm a small business owner as well and I would not be in business if I ran my business this way! read more
