We had the worse sandwiches. Precooked package bacon was used to make our BLTS. Every single one of our sandwiches was missing an ingredient that we ordered. How do you miss lettuce on a BLT? Bread was stale. If we weren't half way down the road already I would have turned around and brought them back. if I could give a lower score I would....they say the deli is open till a certain time and you show up and sign says closed. I called at 430pm and asked the gentleman what time the deli is open until....he said 630p. I show up at 5pm and the sign says closed. I asked him why he said they are open until 630 and he said she can't stay late because of child labor laws and she had other things to do. Apparently customers are not important! I have never heard of such a thing . the guy at the register was in the deli and he would close when he felt like it also. seems like they have the monkeys running the circus. read more

I stopped by 8/12 around 6:30 pm to grab a couple of pints of ice cream. I stood at the register while being ignored by the clerk who was intently staring at their phone. After a short while the clerk said quite loudly "What's your problem?", then "Go lose some weight!". Now they weren't looking at me when this was said, but they weren't on a call either. The clerk then stood up, got behind the register, scanned the ice cream (no greeting), said $7.38 and stared at me with a look like I just killed their favorite puppy. I handed them $10, they handed me the change and that was it - never said anything else to me, never asked if I wanted the receipt - just stood there with a look of disgust staring at me. I get gas here periodically, I like that you can pay at the pump. I dislike the selection of soda that they offer. They do not have many diet options. There's some food in there that I haven't tried. I tried to buy a gift card here a few months ago and was told they didn't sell them. I was directed to try one of the gas stations about 30-40 minutes away by the clerk for a gift card. As a gas station there are a lot of options for snacks and drinks but the costumer service is an all time low. I've come in several times just needing a quick snack and I have never once felt welcome. There is a younger woman cashier that doesn't acknowledge you until she says your total and always comes off with an attitude. I have always greeted her with a hello, how are you, and I've worked costumer service and I know it's hard especially when you're having a bad day and you have to talk to a bunch of people but get out of that line of work if it isn't for you, but she has never once replied to me. She just stares at me and then reads off my total. And because she's usually the one in the store every time I've come in it's happened every time. If you want to get a quick snack and feel horrible after your transaction this is the place to go. read more

AVOID! Insulting, prejudice, and extremely political with their business. My wife, her best friend, and I stop here for some ride home snacks after hiking nearby. A middle aged male employee was behind the counter when my wife and her best friend went to make their purchases. Immediately the man assumed my wife and her best friend were both unemployed. Stun and shocked as to why he openly assumed this, he told them he based this on them simply being out driving on a Sunday evening, and based this on them being millennials. First off, our employment status is no one's business. Secondly, the three of us all work several jobs, and only one of us is still finishing college. Thirdly, he only said this to the females of our group, I was not at the register when he made his assumption of them. Fourth, according to this place. If you're simply out driving around on a Sunday night you are a lazy unemployed millennial. Next, this place is covered with pro-Trump shirts, hats, bumper stickers, etc. Sure, you'll find a "few" Biden and Bernie hats, but you'll get lots of re-elect/pro-Trump material immediately inside the store. Leave the Trump propaganda at home!Especially out of respect for the 100,000 Americans dead because of this bigot's failures and incompetence in preventing and preparing for what he called a "hoax" virus. We summer in nearby Wolfeboro and stop often at this gas station to fill up. Have done so for the past 12 years. Occasionally will frequent the Ice Cream stand on property. This may change after my last experience. On 5/18/19 @ 11AM, I spent $32 on gas and went in to get my "free" coffee. As I pulled out the coffee pot, the short angry clerk comes flying out from some lower level shelf like a flying monkey and says "The Coffee's not done! It is going to drip all over the floor". I said sorry, had my sun glasses on and also didn't see a sign hanging on the pot like I have normally seen when coffee is brewing. Her response was a mumbled "You people come up here" . So I went to the cashier, let her know I filled up and was getting a free coffee. She waved no problem, enjoy. Then the gollum clerk walked right past me "Going to clean up his mess!" . There was no mess, the coffee was basically done when I poured it. Did not see any mess at all. Just wanted to pass this along to others who may be expecting basic customer service, you are not getting it at Blueberry station. Head down to Bosco Bell. read more

Was accidentally charged for a car wash when I was pumping gas. Asked to get it refunded and the older woman in the store said it wasn't possible. After arguing with her that I live in MA and I was charged for it accidentally, I was insulted for not paying attention to the button selection when pumping gas (which is hard to read in general) and that my vehicle (a 2015 Nissan Frontier) was small enough to make it through. My truck bed was loaded it's winter gear from a vacation and stayed I would not go through and I wanted my money back. After grunting she gave me $7 cash back and practically threw it at me. After saying thank you, she grunted and didn't say anything else. Rude staff. read more

This place is very poorly run. The car wash is down as much as it is operational, and when it goes down it seems like it is always for weeks at a time. The washer fluid in the bins near the pumps is almost always dry. When I've asked for it to be filled I've been given an attitude as though they are doing me a favor. The rare time when I hit it right and they are full it doesn't matter much because the squeegees are often in such poor condition that they don't work, and you need to go to the next pump or even two to find one in good condition. The alarm goes off frequently in the morning around opening time. Do they forget to give new people the code? More than once I've arrived well after opening time to find the place still locked up tight, and I've walked in to find no one at al there, only to have someone eventually appear from the back room after calling out a few times. Let me tell you how eerie that feeling is, when you are starting to think about the worst types of things that happen in convenience stores on the news, and you start to think that you might be walking into a terrible situation. The staff never lasts long, a few months at most, and those that they do get have extremely poor interpersonal and customer service skills, and apparently little or no training. One recent guy seemed nice enough, except that you had to walk through a haze of cigarette smoke in front of the door when he was on one of his frequent butt breaks. Another was pathologically shy, to the point where she couldn't even greet you or state the total that you owed. She would simply ring up your purchases and look at you, expecting you to hand over an appropriate amount, and give you your change without a single word. Then there was the one who "accidently" shorted me $20 twice in one week when I paid with a $100 bill. She conveniently never counted back the change, but none of the others do either. The one that takes the cake is the latest girl who is shall I say very popular with several of the young male clientele. You often have to wade through the line of potential suitors who are hanging out with her if you want to get up to the counter to buy something. The best was last week when she was obviously very confused, could not focus or even stand properly. She was forgetting to turn the pump on if you paid with cash, and customers had to come back in to remind her. All of the customers in line were chuckling at her, but at least two of us were concerned enough to call the police to have someone do a welfare check. The thing that stinks is this place is so darn convenient, and easy to get in and out of, for locals and tourists alike. I used to get gas here quite a bit because of that, but now I try to avoid it unless absolutely necessary. read more

For the person who feels the coupon should not expire in NH: I believe the states no expiration limitation is for gift cards, and I agree with you. Sadly, the carwash code expiration gimmick is pretty much at all the stations where you can buy the car wash at the pump - Hess in Chichester is the same. I think it is the actual car wash controller machine that can't store many codes. For Karen, the woman biker: I'm not surprised. There is one clertk there that simply isn't a nice person, no matter how she tries. The fault is hers, definitely. I used to gas up here quite often until the other station 3/4 mile from Blueberry regained their higher octane service and returned to being cheaper than Blueberry. It is no secret that Blueberry Station is not the best gas price in town. They are rather large, though, having over 8 pumps. They have a touchless car wash on site, prices are comparable with other similar car wash / gas stations in the area. Blueberry is rather clean, but the other station is nowhere near as large and no carwash, filthy diesel pump area, etc, The 'store made' sandwiches are very good - I like the curry chicken salad finger roll. Alas, I doubt they create the sandwich filling. I like the store having an assortment of chip makers: They have Lays, UTZ and Humpty Dumpty, not just the one Lays, like many other stores in the area. They offer a deli (limited hours) and roller cooked hotdogs. read more

Can you explain to me when I purchase gas and I chooseto pay the extra for a car wash you have an expiration date of 30 days for the car wash. That is my money and I should be able to use the receipt when I choose to . If you purchase car wash coupons in concord there is no expiration . Also I think NH is a no coupon expiation state. This gas station is NOT biker friendly at all, 3 of us pulled over under the roof by the pumps to get out of the pouring rain. We went in and bought sodas and snacks, trying to wait out the rain. The person working was heard complaining that we were blocking the pumps (there was no one waiting for gas the entire time we were there...) She stood at the door and watched us, giving us dirty looks the entire time. We ended up leaving there in the rain. I am a new rider and riding in the pouring rain not being able to see clearly is dangerous. I will never stop there again. read more

I stop at blueberry several times a week at different times of day. I'm not impressed by the workers. The store in its self is fine. I love the baked goods they sell and they have decent gas prices right now. My issues is with the workers. There is two the only ones I've ever seen who I greatly dislike. I came in to the store and a short dark haired female employee was too busy talking on the phone with what was obviously a personal call. She like completely ignored me at first turned her back on me then turned around still talking on the phone rang my stuff up not even bothering to ask if I needed anything else so she got real irritated when I also asked to pay for gas. I had to ask for a bag then she threw all my stuff in it and walked away no thank you have a good day. She then forgot to turn the gas pump on so started walking up to the store to tell her it wasn't working when I see her still on the phone turn it on. I went in another time later at night and a tall blonde female was working and once again she was making a personal phone call. I really didn't want to hear about her having to come up with some bail money and finding a ride to go and get whoever it was that was arrested. She ignored me like the previous girl but she didn't radiate a bad attitude like the other one. She didn't even get huffy when I asked for a pack of cigarettes. I went in again later at night another day and the short dark haired one was working again and she was on the phone again. I was talking to my mother about if we should buy our scratch tickets at the machine or upfront at the cash register. Suddenly she was very talkative saying if you want my honest opinion I would just get it out of the machine. She then turned her back again on us. She just didn't want to do her job and wait on us. We did get our tickets from the machine but I still was in there for more then that so she wasn't happy with that. I just went in last night and the dark haired girl was there with a big group of friends standing and sitting around the counter talking and laughing with her. One guy was sitting on a milk crate next to the counter. Went up again no greeting or anything. Asked for a pack of cigarettes only had one pack of a different kind and she didn't even bother to try and look anywhere else. And I again had to ask for a bag. They have had a help wanted sign up for over a month now. I went in and asked for an application and was told they ran out and to come back later. I came back and was given a very generic application and filled it right out and brought it back and it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything. Pretty disappointed in that. I know I could be a lot better of an employer then either of these two women. read more

I have lived in town since I was 12. I am now 30 and have been going to this gas station every other night since the day the opened. The girl the now have working the register "jenny" has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen in my life. She is a disrespectful, rude, non worker. Ussually you have to wait 5 minutes or more because she is busy talking to the sandwich girl or getting herself some free hot chocolate. Tonight I went in, waited the usual 5 minutes while the other customers in line got upset for waiting, then when I went to check out she handed me the wrong item 3 times, said Jesus Christ to me by the third time, then informed me that she was sick as hell but couldn't call out because the owners were "stupid assholes". I then asked the sandwich girl for the owners phone # because I was fed up! I was told they can't give me the number and I would have to wait till Monday to call because they don't work on weekends. I got the number to the store and called but the sandwich girl picked up, when I asked for the owners I was told to call another time. I will never give this business another dollar, ever. read more
