The Association Manager called them, explained the situation and asked that they remove the late charges and bill me directly. Instead, they later sent another invoice to the association, with more late charges. The labor charge also was highly inflated. I wrote, they never got back to me, did remove late charges and sent, AGAIN INCORRECTLY, another invoice to my association, NOT TO ME. Marked, in Red, OVERDUE. Inflated labor charge remains, no response to my inquiry about how it was computed.
