My room had a beautiful view of the Colorado River, complete with a full patio and seating--such a nice bonus. The room itself was big, spacious, and very comfortable. Coffee and tea were provided, and housekeeping cleaned the room daily, which was fantastic. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. A couple of things to note: there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms--only available in the lobby--and the pool was closed for remodeling during my stay. There is a small but cozy exercise room, and parking was plentiful. Dining options were great. BlueWater Grill is perfect for casual snacks and breakfast (opens at 7am), while River Willow has a more upscale feel and is excellent for dinner with friends or family. Overall, a great stay with excellent service, plenty of parking, and even free RV parking that can accommodate large rigs. Cheers!

Commercials started shortly after , would have preferred the movie start at 115 with commercials before. Then to top it off , my kids have been collecting needohs. They have a cabinet at the register with squishy toys , I asked the cashier if any are actual needohs and she said yes the pizza and cake. We bought it and found out the hard way. They are FAKES. Do not buy if you want real needohs. Unfortunately I bought one for each of my kids at $6 each (if it seems like to good of a deal it probably is) Didn't get a receipt so not sure I could return them and we didn't open them until we were almost home. These are sticky and don't squish at all.

New movies were playing, tickets were only $9.75 (a true bargain in this economy). The seats were big, comfy, and reclining like they want you to fall asleep mid-film!!! There's even a little food tray, in case you wanted to grab some food. It's a legit movie theater hiding inside a hotel, and yes, we're absolutely coming back for round two next time we're in the area!!!

The Thrifty ice cream stand on the way out is a must stop before heading home. We first came here when were still tourists staying at the Avi or other Laughlin casinos. It was a cool reprieve from the heat during summer and a warm respite during winter. We often use Kids Quest down the hall for daycare so it was a one stop shop for us. While not as "plush" as the theaters at the Riverside with its swing away tables, the chairs were comfy and had pull up arm rests for snuggling or just having your little one rest his weary head on your lap. The prices are fair and the pretzels and popcorn are good. The drink prices are are bargain since the difference between a medium and large is only $0.50. It's pretty much standard fare as far as movie theaters go, meaning occasional sticky floors or loud kids or kicks on the back of your seat. The sound system is good, but on a couple of occasions, they could have turned it down just a notch. The screens are bright and the stairs are easily navigated with the lights out with LED light guides. There are ADA accessible seats up front. The heating and AC work well at keeping the temp just right. The Brenden Avi8 has become a comfortable friend for new releases that my kids look forward to coming to and it's taught my youngest one, who is 6, to sit still and watch a movie (he couldn't do that before). For a matinee or night out with the family, the Brenden Avi8 is our go to as the crowd is more chill than the Riverside and it's a lot closer to home. But the Thrifty ice cream on the way out doesn't hurt either...

The seats were sticky. It was absolutely disgusting. We found the best seats that we could find but then these young kids couldn't be any older than maybe 12 kept coming in and out of the theater the whole entire time making so much noise, kicking our seats they were told by different people to be quiet to knock it off because they were being so disruptive no parents around at all. I don't understand how the theater is letting kids in without supervision to watch a movie. It was absolutely ridiculous. I would never go again, and I would never suggest somebody go there!

We even brought 2 small dogs with us. We drove from our campsite to the parking lot that is at the end of the float. Although we had to park the furthest away from the loading area and carry all of our 'stuff' there, that was okay. We made it. The staff at the lines to get on the buses were volunteers and very nice. We got our t-shirts in advance. Cute. The lines were long. But, they moved quickly and they had a little shade. They provided ice cold bottled water in coolers set up along the lines, which was very nice. They loaded all of our stuff into the lower part of the bus, so only people with small personal items were on the bus. It was easy to pick up our 'stuff' at the unloading zone. It took about an hour from the time we arrived at the loading zone to actually hit the water. The river runs slow and you get pushed to the sides by the current. However, a big plus - they had guys on jet ski's that would come around and pull you back out into the current. We met some nice people, enjoyed the day in the sun (we had a cover over our floating island), and the nice cool river. My only recommendation is more space at the end of the float for exiting the river, or assistance getting people to move on out. The exit area was very crowded as people would get out and just stand right there to deflate their tubes, rafts, etc... and all their stuff.

We usually tie our tubes together and then float! It's so much fun and nothing compares to chilling in the water and on the float. You can also drink on the open water! It really is one of my favorite summer activities.

This was my third trip to the Riverside in the last year and a half. I come for the bowling sweeps…read moretwice a year. With this last visit my only complaint being the valet attendant. We arrived at 4 am checked in was assigned a room in the south tower 18 floor. When asking the gentleman at the valet station if we could get cart service up to our room he said he wouldn't be able to accommodate us with that request for 2-4 hours. There was nobody else around to attend to what's the hold up. He said we were more than welcome to go park at the south entrance where there was an elevator right inside the door and take our stuff up ourselves. Bad info first the doors near valet were a lot closer to the elevator than the ones he told us to use. Then it took 5 trips to get everything to the room. Every time I've asked for this service I've been meet with warm thoughtful service not this time. When I went to the front desk to complain they said there was nothing they could do about it. I had the impression the guy didn't care about his job or the people coming to that casino especially at 4 am.

Only saw one person get a payout the entire weekend. The Mexican restaurant's line was insane, maybe should have been better prepared and open later for concert weekends. The coffee show employees were incredibly slow. Always a long line. Their process is so outdated. The good. : They have a Fatburger, the drinks were cheap, as in 2 slushy drinks with a quick pour of alcohol was $7 We opted for the kids pool as I didn't sleep at the night before I needed a nap. We tried the adult pool there was 1 million people in the pool on the deck alive band. Not what I was looking for so kid pull it was which worked out great. Happy that I had that option. They also serve those tall slushy drinks, which we got virgin one to take to the pool. I believe there was bowling in movies, but I didn't really see that portion of it and I think they have bingo. Oh, they do have a kids arcade so there's lots to do and it was pretty clean for the most part
