We were told that our brakes were covered under warranty which was great to hear. Frankie's replaced the brakes and took care of the warranty. We were thrilled! There was some issues with communication with the shop over the fact that they could never give me a status on my order and they would never return phone calls, I was fed up!!! Finally had the time to go in person and confront them. Went in and said "refund my money or give me a bike that is the same genre and size comparable or better" to see if they would bite. They did! They upgraded me to a bike they had on the shelf that was a better bike and was more expensive. So in my opinion they saved my business experience with them. I will do business with them again but I'm not positive I can recommend them if there is delivery time frames involved. Prices are fair. Jon is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to buy local and have some patience, then give it a shot.

This place is down the street from Conservation Park which has great trails. He has an office in the front then his bikes are in the back in a storage unit. He set us up, made sure we were comfortable and off we went. The self guided tour was easy to follow along with. You just download an app (Ryan explains everything ahead of time) and it guides you via voice directions. Along the tour you can stop at key points and watch videos to learn about the stops.
