We had a wonderful time in Costa Rica without any problems. Our agent, Charity, provided us with the Pocket Travel app and we could communicate with her instantly if we needed anything. We almost missed a connecting flight (due to a delayed initial flight) and Charity kept us informed and up to date about our bags which ended up on a different flight. We needed to change a ground transport pickup time and by communicating through the app, she was able to get that done for us within minutes.
