This includes airport shuttles, weddings, special events, etc. At the bottom of the cancellation policy, it states "All trips booked during peak dates could require a non-refundable $200 deposit per vehicle." Again, it says COULD. We proceeded with booking transportation for a wedding that is scheduled for OVER A YEAR from now. Three days after paying the deposit, we realized this company could not fully accommodate our needs. When we tried to cancel the contract just three days later by giving them over a year's notice, they refused to refund the deposit and pointed to some fine print they had slipped into the invoice that the deposit was non-refundable. I would have expected better from a company that has an owner with years of experience in the hospitality industry. This is NOT how to treat customers!
