No way... too good not to share. Here is the low down on some of the menu items we have tried. Mega taco and normal tacos: It's mega alright! It's so big that it hangs out the sides of the to-go container. Hubby was in hog heaven! I chose the normal sized tacos and just as tasty! The Angus beef is tender and seasoned well. The salsa and aioli... homemade and delicious. Spicy, but not overwhelming. The addition of ranch doritos added great texture/crunch and flavor. Definitely recommend and tacos are always on the menu! Chipotle Finger Lickin Chicken: So each week tends to feature a different finger lickin chicken variation. The chicken tenders are not pre-fab and frozen. No you are getting 4 thin chicken breasts here. Freshly breaded. And let me tell you the chipotle aioli... oh my word... it's sweet and a straight up party in my mouth. Not much heat but that is when the hot cheetos come in and add the perfect amount of heat and flavor. Only issue with the cheetos is they were either stale or they take on a very hard to chew texture once in a closed to-go container for 30 minutes. But I still found myself gnawing on one just because the flavor it added was worth it. Lol! Definitely at least 2 pounds of food. The container was so heavy and you could easily get 2 meals out of this entree if you can stop yourself. Pulled Pork Sandwich: I tried a bite of this and it was delicious! Great smoke flavor and bbq sauce was awesome. BBQ chips added great texture in and pickles... be still my heart and my ridiculous love of pickles. I almost wish I had ordered this for myself. Hopefully next time it finds it's way on the menu it shall me mine! Dusty Garlic Fries: I saved the best for last! Special seasoning that can be purchased to add to your spice collection. These fries are addictive and go great with everything. Can't wait to try the offering with the taco toppings on the fries. I can imagine they will be amazing. Chef Ender's menu changes weekly with the consistent offering of tacos and fries. There is a salad option and they sound wonderful, so we hope to try them soon. Needed a quick last-minute tasty dinner, so stopped here once again yesterday evening to pick up…read moresome tacos. Would love to say "third time's a charm", but unfortunately. . . . There were two other people picking up orders, but otherwise we were the only ones waiting. There were apparently four (yes four) people managing the truck, so it's not like it was just one person disappearing up their own backside to do everything. We ordered "grilled" chicken tacos & marinated pork tacos, both orders with EVERYTHING, but the grilled chicken tacos with no onions. Now keep in mind that not only were these orders written down & repeated back to me, but the nice young lady even called me back once to verify exactly what we wanted or didn't want on each order. About 20 minutes later, we had our order & headed home. Foolish me for not checking the order before leaving. Husband's "grilled" chicken tacos were not the grilled ones he likes, but rather the "crispy breaded" ones that he doesn't like at all. They did, however, have "everything" - i.e. lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, & cheese, & didn't have any raw onions as he requested. No lime wedge though. My marinated pork tacos had nothing but some diced raw onions & cilantro - no lettuce, tomatoes, or cheese. I did, however get a lime wedge. Honestly - it's like the Keystone Kops took this order & processed it, & frankly this has happened in some way or other each of the three times we've been there. Don't get me wrong - the food itself is good, but the mixups & executions leave quite a bit to be desired. Bottom Line: Do give this place a try if you like decent tacos, but just be sure to check your order (which we didn't) before you leave, or have an avant-garde attitude about your tacos. (Although even if we'd checked our order before leaving, it's doubtful we would have returned it & asked them to remake it & wait another 20 minutes.) Just be aware.

This is a food truck so they have two tables outside under a tarp for you to sit at but we just ordered it to go. The menu has a good variety of Indian and Chinese fusion, something I have not tried before. I ordered the General So chicken with jasmine rice. I ordered a jumbo chicken spring roll which comes in a two pack. If you pay with cash you get 10 percent off the already good prices. The food has a lot of flavor and is homemade, nothing frozen. We will definitely come back here again. The jumbo chicken spring roll was delicious, you can taste that is was made from scratch. You can taste the freshness in every bite. Amazing on how great this food is. I would give it a lot more stars if I could. Definitely a great example on how food should taste.

Stopped here Friday (6/18) afternoon to pick up a quick lunch to take home with us after doing some shopping. It was around 1:15 p.m. & the parking lot had about 4-5 vehicles of patrons besides us. One table was already dining; the rest of us were waiting for our orders. And the wait tends to be on the long side. Husband ordered 3 regular chicken tacos; while I ordered 1 chicken, 1 marinated pork, & 1 tripe - all were $3 each, were in warm double soft corn tortillas, were liberally topped with diced onion & cilantro, & came with a couple of fresh lime wedges & quite a few sliced radishes. One small plastic cup of "green sauce" & one of "red sauce" were included. Unfortunately, we found these tacos disappointing. The chicken consisted of tiny little dried-up nubbins of meat that were difficult to get down, even with sauce, & my marinated pork taco was almost inedibly salty. The only possible saving grace would have been my tripe taco, which was moist & flavorful, but that one taco was all-tortilla & almost no filling. Maybe 2 tablespoons at most. Bottom Line: For around $20.00, this was a disappointment when compared to the "La Chiapaneca" food truck on the other side of town. However, we did see a couple of large overstuffed Cubano-type sandwiches & other items go by that tells me that perhaps the "regular tacos" are not their strong point. Staff were very pleasant & friendly, but like I said - you may have quite a wait because it also looked like quite a few folks had called their orders in ahead of time & were just there to pick up. Another tip - be sure to check your order before leaving, as while we were there one woman returned & complained that her order was missing an item for which she then had to endure another long wait. She was not pleased.

The pork was a little spicy for my liking and the brisket, while lean, didn't have much flavor. There was no indication of sauce being poured on, but luckily it wasn't spicy and there wasn't much of it. The sauce topped with the cole slaw didn't really help with the dryness either. I think for the price of the sandwiches with a side of fries, I would have rather spent the (maybe too much) money somewhere else, including other BBQ.

I was walking nearby and a group of guys passed me and walked inside. And for some reason at that particular time in the moment In that very second it hit me. Go check it out. Let me tell you all I'm glad I did. I went in scoped the place out thinking get something. Try it out, yelp it. I watched the guys order these soup bowls and I looked at the menu above behind the ordering station with the cashier. They guys ordered soup dinners instead of burritos or tacos I thought, ok must be good I was thinking. It looked very authentic on the menu. I walked up and wanted to try something simple and small not a soup yet had to peak my interest with the taste buds ya know what I'm saying. So I was wanting a burrito, I asked the cashier gentleman questions what goes inside, how is it, what's it come with like sides and all. He told me asked me what meat I wanted for the burrito I was ordering, I said ground beef, he said they don't have that, closest thing would be the steak. I'm not going to lie when I heard no ground beef I was going to say cancel on my order and I was going to leave. I was upset, hearing no ground beef as an option. But I stood there with the thought get the steak option that he offered, do it. Just do it. Say it. And I did, I kept the ordering going. I ordered the steak meat especial burrito. And omg it was fantastic! I fell in love with this place. I definitely recommend this place. If you ever walk into a restaurant and are not up for taking chances, well screw that, break the boundaries take the extra step surprise yourself. You may be shocked and confused on what you have missed. You may actually find something that makes your taste buds happy. Enjoy take a leap of taste. Wink Wink
