I had a great experience with Window Well Services and would highly recommend them…read more From the start, Gero and his team were incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions quickly and even taking the time to communicate with me over a holiday weekend. That level of customer service really stood out. They replaced three original basement windows, installed four custom polycarbonate window well covers, cleaned the wells, added fresh gravel, checked the drains, and resealed the existing galvanized wells. What I appreciated most was their honesty. Instead of trying to sell me new window wells, they recommended keeping my existing ones since they were still in good shape, especially with future basement renovation plans. The workmanship was excellent, and the before-and-after difference is dramatic. If you're looking for a company that's responsive, honest, and does quality work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Window Well Services.

We needed some new windows, and Tony from Olson Windows walked us through the whole process…read morethoroughly. We got to see the windows at their showroom, so we knew what to expect. Tony was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The pricing was comparable to another estimate we received, but we are confident that these windows are better quality and will last longer. They included a fix for a hole in our siding without trying to upsell us for all new siding. We ordered in October and the manufacturer had our windows ready for installation in December. The crew that came out were so friendly and very respectful of our home. Scheduling the installation, painting, cleanup, and finishing touches was a breeze. The winter weather did make it difficult for the crew to clean up nails and debris on the outside, but they did come back when it was warmer to clean up. We look forward to hiring them for other services, possibly roof and siding.

We previously used them to replace all our windows and our front door/storm door and trusted them with this big project as well. Their work is impeccable. Bob was great to work with and fast when installing the garage doors - he checked in with us every step of the way, and the doors work and look great. The garage doors have black handles and tinted windows and look amazing - now the interior of the garage is much brighter and it makes it seem bigger. The entire front of our house looks new and modernized now.

Scott from Reliable Home Services deserves every ounce of praise he receives!…read more Scott contacted me after I filled out a form with Service Magic, and he literally called me within 5 minutes of submitting my inquiry. From our first phone conversation, I was sold and didn't entertain any other offers. I was looking to have laminate installed on my entire 1st floor, and Scott advised me on the most cost-effective and easy way to get this done. From start to finish, his expertise has been INVALUABLE. He and his team have treated my home with the utmost respect, and have done immaculate work. Each day I come home more impressed than the day before, and as he wraps up (today!) I am so excited to see the end product. In addition to the laminate floors, during one of our consultations I mentioned that we were hoping to eventually replace the existing doors and closets with white ones, and Scott mentioned that he could help us take care of that. Through the entire process, Scott has been honest and upfront and communicative about any and all challenges and setbacks. He has called me daily to give me progress reports on the floors, and to see if I have any questions. I could NOT have asked for a better experience!

Not only do the new windows look sleek and modern, but the entire process was top-notch from start to finish. What really stood out to us was their honesty. While other companies tried to sell us on full-frame replacements, SHS actually advised us to go with insert replacements. They pointed out that our house has high-density older wood framing that was worth preserving. Following their advice preserved the character and strength of our home while saving us a significant amount of money. Their communication was excellent throughout the project, and the installation crew was fantastic: punctual, respectful, and meticulous about keeping the worksite clean. On top of that, their guarantee is rock-solid. I feel completely confident that this was a lifelong investment and that they will stand by their work if anything ever comes up down the road. If you're looking for high-quality window replacement with an honest team you can trust, highly recommend Scientific Home Services.
