After he got last payment he stopped answering his phone and didn't respond to text messages. He not only did not finish the job and pay for concrete stairs and bulkhead that he was supposed to. His work was inferior being off more than 3". He was doing a new house foundation and didn't finish the job not pouring the garage floor or 2 patios. Apparently he has done this to other people too. Some checks were addressed to his company Central Village Concrete and others were addressed directly to him. While the foundation work itself seems to be fine, he never showed up to finish the flat work (basement and garage) along with the poured footings for the front porch and back deck. He was paid 7.5K the day before he was scheduled to complete this work and would not return phone calls or text following that day. After 3 weeks of trying to resolve this, we had to hired another company to complete the work, costing us an additional 10K. Follow up requests to return our money have gone without response. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR COMPANY!!!
