They offered to size the ring for us but we really didn't have time to wait since we were leaving the country early the next morning. After arriving home, my wife said she made a mistake not buying the ring and having it sized back home. My mistake was not getting a business card. I looked for the store on Yelp and was able to find Balance online and contacted them both by email and then by phone. They remembered my wife and I and we were able to work out a deal on the ring and have it shipped to the USA (5240 miles away). Thanks to Alexander and Irina (and the rest of the staff) I was able to get the ring in time for a surprise anniversary gift. I really appreciated their professionalism and patience with translating my emails. I'd definitely recommend Balance to anyone looking for jewelry.

Upon returning to the store to let them know of the flaws the next morning, he suggested that I dropped the necklace causing the flaws which clearly the flaws were causing when the stones were mounted onto the bracelet. We must have gone to every store in Old Town to look at garnet jewelry, except one because it was closed for a bank holiday (our first choice), so we ended up going to this place. The sign on the store said Granat Turnov, but I later found out that it was actually Cesky Granat. Long story short, the sales staff were very rude to us. They seemed annoyed that we wanted to see so many items. In the end, I was not happy with the work they did on my ring and when I went in to talk to them about it they acted like they could have cared less. I found out that they charged me double for the same ring I found at my first choice for garnet stores. DOUBLE!!!! They would not fix my ring or give me my money back, or even the price difference. I would never go back to them and I would warn everyone who shops in Prague for jewelry to only go to authorized sellers of garnet jewelry.
