I'll start off with the positives their website wasn't letting me order so I called and the gentleman that answered the phone was super nice took me a couple minutes to order but he was more than willing to wait and answered on my questions we had placed an order for sauerkraut balls a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of broccoli and beer cheese My boyfriend got a cowboy burger with fries when I drove to pick it up the place really is neat with all of their decor and the castle like look on the outside and staff inside when I picked up my food we're super nice Great ambience. Now the food I wasn't so happy about especially since I paid $50 which is a little pricey for me but the sauerkraut balls I was most excited about and something about them was just off I was like maybe a sauerkraut wasn't cooked enough was very stringy sauerkraut and then my chicken sandwich was okay the chicken piece was a nice size however It was kind of rubbery super thick but not a piece of chicken you could pull a piece like shred as an example I know it was around 7:30 when I ordered but even my fries didn't taste fresh maybe they needed a new batch of oil my broccoli was good and I asked my boyfriend how his burger was he said it was fine I don't like doing negative reviews but since I was craving that and they weren't super busy when I showed up and they're kind of pricey I felt I wanted to express my experience at least with the food.

Takes order, brings drinks, and you never see them again until they bring the check. They have food runners bring the food out, so if you need anything, they just look at you like a deer in the headlights and walk away. We really liked the food, which is why I gave 4 stars. The pretzel with beer cheese appetizer is worth driving there for. The burger was very tasty and prepared well. I'll agree with other people in that it is a little too pricey. The appetizers shouldn't be the same price or higher than entrees, and the $3+ sodas are just ridiculous. I can see how some people think it's too loud in there, but I guarantee tonight was as packed as they get, and we didn't think it was too bad. I like the style of the place and the seats were pretty comfy. We would eat here again if we're in the area.

Now let me say, This Is Not Your Typical Karaoke. You perform with a live band and they are talented! So if you sing or not come check it out. Many venues to choose from, Jeffersonville River Stage; (by the way it's tonight) or Iroquois amphitheater and Wick's pizza at Goose Creek or New Albany In. Check the link for dates and times. By the way Iroquois amphitheater and Wicks and Iroquois- has tap brews with a semi full bar, plus Cheeser's food truck. All venues I've attended have clean facilities especially Iroquois Amphitheater. Kentucky of parking lots except The River Stage is mostly street. I will attend again. You can sign up ; on line or there is a kiosk. Side note; Iroquois had a few under 21 singers but none seen at Wick's. That's not a problem for me because everyone should have an opportunity to join in.
