We brought the vehicle in to have it repaired and the part was going to take a few days to come in. We where extremely happy when Trista Lawless provided us with a loaner vehicle while our vehicle was under repair, so the repair could be completed if the part arrived earlier. Mark (the owner) took it upon himself to check all the brakes which he was NOT asked to do. He raised his voice at myself and my mother stating he wasn't going to argue with us. He lied several times to justify why the inspection of the brakes were done. He told my brother he didn't look at the differential but told us he did.
