My Yoga classes were with the owner, Briana, who ended the class with Gong Sound Healing. It was just so perfect. I've also done the Sound Healing class with Ben Carroll which was awesome, too. Most recently, I tried the Aroma Touch Therapy with Briana during which she incorporated a custom blend of essential oils. It was more centering and relaxing than having a week's vacation.
