The farm table we rented was delivered to our garage the day before Thanksgiving, and when we went to set it up, it was immediately clear that one side of the legs was broken. The table would not safely stand upright. The underside showed obvious damage: splitting wood and a metal bracket shifted out of position, preventing the legs from locking securely. We attempted to call the company as soon as we discovered the issue, but they had closed early due to the holiday. When the table was picked up on the next business day, I informed the delivery crew of the damage. I also contacted the company directly, explaining that the table had arrived broken and was completely unusable for our event. We took and submitted clear photos showing the condition of the table. The response we received was both dismissive and unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, the representative told us: "As for the table I will call the owner about it as she looked at it along with the delivery crew and warehouse crew. From what everyone is saying so far the table did not go out like that and at this point I cannot refund the table." That message was sent on Monday. It is now Friday, and we have received no further communication, no follow-up, and no resolution of any kind. In short, the company delivered a damaged table, failed to provide timely customer service, refused to take responsibility despite photographic evidence, and then stopped communicating altogether. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, and we will not be using this company again. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere for reliable rentals and professional service.

Guys - this company charged us for tables and linens that WERE not delivered, but appear on the invoice that we paid for and THIS is the response from the "manager". And I'm sorry, who has two employees listening to a conversation, LOL! Oh, and as an even weirder side note, we have been told for weeks that Brittany was out with COVID because we weren't getting a response from her. But somehow she magically appeared to listen in to this conversation? I think not! Please save yourself the hassle - you can clearly see below how they solve problems. Oh, and my "threat" was that I was going to dispute with the credit card company and file a complaint with the BBB. This was clearly their mistake, but I have gone round and round with them. I have no idea who this person is as they have yet to identify themselves (I'm sorry, that's weird too!) Doesn't this sound like a company you want to deal with? Oh my gosh - I would NEVER hire them for a wedding. We did NOT cancel these tables - the caterer required them, but instead ended up paying $200 to buy them and the linens to go with them and had zero cocktail tables and unused centerpieces. This is the most bizarre experience I have ever had with a company! Mistakes happen - they could have so easily made this right. And this wasn't a crazy-expensive rental. Seriously - it was not worth their time, effort and bad reviews to not refund what was not delivered. But instead they have blown us off, insulted us, called us liars and not followed through with what they said they would. This is the latest from this anonymous "manager" - Is this the response you would like to get from a business? "Okay yes I do have evidence that you cancelled items. As a matter of fact I have two witnesses that were listening in on the conversation that your husband had with Brittany where he had cancelled the items himself. I have proof that you paid the cancellation fee and it is on your contract that your husband had signed. There will be no more threats because we printed every email ever time we went in our system and changed your items and what day and time it was that the items were either changed or cancelled. If you would like I can send you the pictures to your personal phone so you can see it for yourself or you can come in and take a look at them in person. We called Mike because he is the one that talked to my coworker to cancel these items. You were given what you paid for and that is it. Any further questions please call my personal cell phone. This is the only negative review I've written about any of our wedding vendors. We went with these guys because they were in Fort Collins since we got married near there, they seemed reasonable in price (cheaper than most of those we got quotes from), and they had good reviews overall. However... I was not impressed. They started out seemingly easy to speak with and get info from, but immediately after we made a down payment I started struggling with them and it continually got worse the closer we got to our wedding. There were times I felt they lacked in responsiveness to questions we had, they were unhelpful and often rude in answering questions the closer we got to the wedding, and made our payment process super difficult (we accidentally cut a check that was an over payment and instead of simply providing a refund they added stress to our plate by voiding the check and making us render new payment - I've not had other vendors in the past do something like that so I was super shocked at how unprofessional they were in handling this, and this was never discussed with us as a company policy of theirs so we were caught off guard). Even being on the other side of our event by a couple weeks I'm still so frustrated with how we were treated. Also, I recommend to all other couples looking to get married carefully read the fine print, they will gauge you for anything they can (be it removing a line item and being fined for it or outrageous cost for setup that they didn't discuss ahead of time). I felt like the closer we got to the wedding the harder and more frustrating they were to work with, and didn't even give us an adequate delivery time window until basically right before the wedding which was very difficult when we were trying to juggle so much stuff at the same time. Thankfully everything got delivered and picked up and seemingly without trouble, but ultimately I will never again rent from them and wouldn't recommend them to others. Additionally the owner's inability to take feedback and work with a customer to remedy their experience shows to me a lack of effective leadership and a disregard for their customers. Ultimately to me reiterates that had I known then what I know now, I wouldn't have done business with them.

When I told that I was annoyed that the price went up so much and told them I would not be able to tip the crew as much - they sent a note telling me to take my business elsewhere ... ** GIVEN JIMS MESSAGE BELOW ** Here was their message to me: "While we appreciated your business last year, we were taken aback by your insinuation that our employees are not paid properly and your veiled threat of a bad review this year. For these reasons we choose not to work for you moving forward." As per my email -- I did not say they did not pay their employees - I simply said I would have to cut back my tip .... and I never said I would do a bad review - however after the above email - I posted the review. This company needs to stop lying - I will not recommend them ... And I actually bumped them to a single star as well ...

    Rented a tent for an early morning winter executive event. This was a last minute request that…read morethey were able to accommodate, which was great. I needed this tent enclosed and heated for a 6 AM event and I was assured that heating would not be an issue. Once the tent was set up we were faced with a filthy tattered tent with four walls that you can fold back creating an entrance. We had to rush out to resolve a lighting issue as they thought our event was at 9, which was a mixup on their end. After running the heaters for 3 hours, the tent was still too cold to use. This left us with no choice but to come up with an alternative last minute. The tent was never used and just ended up being an eye sore at the main entrance of our facility for an event. When voicing my disappointment after over 5K spent, it was just brushed off as the cold complicated everything after being assured several times that the tent would stay warm.

    Here's what they did right: Everything got to the venue OK…read moreand looked the way we expected it to. The venue staff dealt with their staff, so I have no idea about drop-off and pick-up. Here's why they only got 2 stars: A month-ish after putting down a deposit, they charged the rest of the amount without consulting us. This was no small sum and we had planned to put it on another card. We didn't realize that giving them our credit card number gave them free rein to charge us. This could have been our mistake, and we honestly would have overlooked it IF they had been at all responsible about fixing it. When we called a week later to ask them to put it on a different card and refund the first card, Dan was not remotely apologetic or even polite. He got the new credit card information and said it would take 5-7 days before it was back on the first card. To be clear, this was on August 31st. Around September 17th we got tired of waiting for our money. So we called to ask. They didn't even have the second credit card number on file. So, I am not sure what Dan did with it after I gave it to him, but clearly it was not what I asked him to do. They blamed the delay on the flood, which was troubling because it should have been resolved by the 1st of September. So, lesson learned: At All Event Rentals, you have no idea what will be done with your credit card information (too much or too little?) And you can expect rude and disorganized customer service. Since my wedding was on a Sunday, they let me pick up the rentals a day before and drop it off the day after for no extra fee and no travel fee! I highly recommend using them!
