He proceeded to quote me a price that was not on the menu, and it was not listed. I asked about substitutions, and he said sure we can do that. Once the bill arrived, I was totally lost. Let me preface by saying I had no problem paying the bill and paid my bill. What I expressed to the server and the manager was that, as a customer, I have every right to know exactly what I am paying for and how much. The manager stated that, "Oysters are expensive and change in pricing." I agreed and stated, "That's fine, but I like to know exactly what I am paying for!" I expressed the poor business practice as it removes the customer's choice to choose. But I realized that I was another "face" and it really didn't mean anything. I honestly love seafood and love my hometown, but I mean, I would never, and I mean never, visit this establishment again.
