Sausage and egg burrito
Kevin W.

Summer weekend mornings gets pretty busy around these areas. Restaurants and cafes packed with people and if you need a quick stop, not having to dine in then maybe consider Blue Moon. Food came out fast and service is great but that's probably it. I had the breakfast burrito and while nothing to rave about, it filled me up. The sausage patty was a little undone, and the bottom half of the burrito ended up a soggy mess. It was still a 3 out of 5 since I left full. The cinnamon roll I would avoid. It came out as a roll with icing..barely any cinnamon sugar in-between each layer. As my friend said while leaving this cafe, "it was the worst cinnamon roll of my life." I actually expected better browsing through their case of freshly baked goods, since the muffins and other offerings looked good. Maybe a little bit more of TLC with their burritos, but if you don't really mind about quality or good food, then I would pass. It seems to be a place that just uses majority Sysco/US Food products.

This place is awesome. For those looking for a quick bite before hitting the mountain or starting your busy day, go to Blue Moon Bakery! We ate here twice during our recent ski trip. Bagels were filling and delicious. Held us over all morning and late afternoon. We also tried their lattes and they were just as great! Come early as the bakery fills quick and has a smaller seating area. Seems to be a popular spot! Will add this spot to our future visits.

Dry breakfast burrito. No tomato, no nothing except overcooked eggs and a sausage patty about the size of a nilla wafer

I really love this place but stick to the sandwich's, their bagels are the best in Summit County. Saturday, I took a chance and got the worst breakfast burrito I have ever had. Still recommend this spot, but stick to what they are good at.

The family dropped in to purchase our afternoon snacks before leaving in the morning for the drive to Arches National Park. We brought banana bread, pumpkin chocolate, chips bread and chocolate peanut butter fudge. The two breads were dense but moist and full of flavors. The fudge was sweet, perfect with our afternoon coffee. We were so surprised how cheap each bake was. We had more expensive bakes that didn't taste as good as these in Houston. Counter helps was efficient and friendly. We may stop by on the way back to Denver.

Line out the door on a Sunday morning! Friendly staff and they are fast. Bagel sandwhich was big and they had lots of milk options for lattes. Scone was average (wouldn't get again) but other pastries looked way better

Walnut brownie & red velvet cupcake Very good with coffee

Food was a warm and satisfying meal The pastries were delicious and definitely friendly price. Ambience was homey and the people in there were very nice . Definitely a good spot to try for a quick sandwich.

It's my regular stop, but the won't honor the prices posted on their chalkboard. My burrito with no extras was $2 more than the chalkboard. Check your receipt folks, they are untrustworthy. They won't honor the prices or update the chalkboard. They just ripping you off and don't care.

Nice bakery in Silverthorne. Around 10 am on a Sunday and it was super busy. Service went fast and we ordered quickly. We had the turkey burrito which has turkey cold cuts in it which was a surprise. Still was very delicious. They also had a very good pastry selection. We tried the pumpkin Bundt cake and the red velvet cupcake. The bundt cake was good but not phenomenal. The cupcake was delicious and I wish I got a couple more different flavors. Highly recommend!

The staff are amazing here. We're dairy free and gluten free and she was incredibly helpful even with a busy rush.

Awesome fresh food! The turkey avacado sandwich was great on their homemade rosemary bread! Reasonable prices for a resort area.

We stop by this small town cafe on the way to steamboat spring…read more Small town with lots of character. This establishment is super crowded, the host is super efficient with checking in and report via text once table is ready. Food: salmon with brown rice plate is excellent, steak and egg plate - eggs cooked well, however the steak sirloin is dry and well done for medium rare and dry. I would not recommend steak here. Sandwich is decent. Drinks are yummy. Cappuccino and frapp are delicious. Overall, this place just needs faster service, more waiter/waitress to accommodate the volume of customers on peak time

Between the eggs, enchiladas, and hash browns, I was more than full and needed a take-home box as well. The flavors are good and the chorizo is spicy enough to stand out even among the smothering. Steer clear of the red Chile which is tomato and beans- would absolutely change the meal. Service: 2nd rush ~ we came in at 9 and were seated by 9:15. Our server said the first rush starts at 7AM and there is a line out the door. So come at 9 for a non-rushed sit-down ;-) The server was friendly and attentive. Payment expectation for restaurants is shifting though. When I was handed the credit card machine to check out, my suggested tip was between 22-30%, with a custom tip button as well. Ambience: The customers here are the general Dillon population and working class. It's not as bare bones as a diner, and not hoyty toyty like restaurants in neighboring Breck. The combination of all 3 will have me coming back for breakfast next time I'm up there.

We were able to get a table quickly, only waiting about 10 minutes on a Friday night. The elote dip was really good- it was lighter than others I've had and the lime really came through, and was not full of cheese like others. The chips were sprinkled with tajin which was a delicious touch! My partner and I each got a taco platter- me the blackened shrimp and him the mahi mahi. We also ordered a snow lodge margarita and one of their local drafts. Everything was really really good. Would absolutely recommend Kúcu if you are in the area, and they have a great happy hour if you're around early evening ($5 marg or $19 pitcher!!). As hotel indigo guests, we got a few happy hour vouchers at check in too.

We went for happy hour which was a much more reasonable price point ($6 for each bison tacos, $19 margarita pitcher, $10 eloté corn dip). It lasts until 5pm! It gets pricey if you go after that. The service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant atmosphere was clean and sleek with a southwestern flare. Can't wait to be back when we visit Silverthorne!
