Our server said the first rush starts at 7AM and there is a line out the door. So come at 9 for a non-rushed sit-down ;-) The server was friendly and attentive. Payment expectation for restaurants is shifting though. When I was handed the credit card machine to check out, my suggested tip was between 22-30%, with a custom tip button as well. Ambience: The customers here are the general Dillon population and working class. It's not as bare bones as a diner, and not hoyty toyty like restaurants in neighboring Breck. The combination of all 3 will have me coming back for breakfast next time I'm up there.

There is so much more than just an amazing food to buy here as well. Speaking of food-OH MY GOODNESS-the food never disappoints. I usually will also pick up a bag of coffee for my husband as a gift. They have quite a large menu, in addition to a great selection of Italian items in their market. I ordered the breakfast burrito with ham and sausage. The burrito was MASSIVE and super tasty with their salsa. I also ordered an Irish coffee to go, which was entirely too strong to enjoy, but at least they didn't skimp on the alcohol!

The only downside I have ever experienced with Nomad is that given their small footprint and relatively low staff levels, you can experience a bit of a wait, especially if the orders in front of you are big or they are overly needy coffee orders.

But probably the biggest thing for me is the coleslaw actually tasted sour. Not entirely sure if it had really gone bad but definitely tasted like it
