What we were pleased with was their skill as inspectors and their inspection in general. My wife and I accompanied them on and off as they did the inspection and as they identified items of interest. They took the time to explain what an issue was, what its overall impact was and how we might prioritize a repair if we were to purchase the property. They were thorough and patient in doing their visual inspection. The end report was lengthy (as expected), clearly stated and nicely summarized. Not only would we hire them again to do another inspection, but we would urge others to consider the same if you are in their service area.

The photos were detailed, and the notes made sense. I feel much better prepared going into my home purchase! Also, I feel much better about having a company scope the sewer line when they aren't also selling sewer systems. That said, the sewer line scope was the least detailed piece. They couldn't tell me if they hit an obstruction, or if they were at the end of the line when they got blocked - I feel like that's the basic question that they should be able to answer.... They did report grease buildup and how far they scoped without a blockage, so we believe it was likely the end of the line. I'm slightly less than enthusiastic about that part, but I'm really happy with the rest of the inspection. I got the report within hours of them leaving, even with them arriving towards the end of the day.

They called to schedule my appointment within a day of me making the claim with my home warranty company. They had availability only a day later, so that was appreciated. I was quoted a time of 8:30 for the arrival of the electricians, and my doorbell rang at 8:28. 2 gentlemen went to work and within minutes had diagnosed and resolved the problem. They were out of my house by 9:00. They were prompt, courteous, and friendly. No complaints in that department. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they did not clean up their mess. In fact, they didn't offer to clean it. It wasn't a large mess, but the fact that they didn't offer was annoying to me. But, I am sure this was an oversight. I'd recommend Harrison-Duncan and would use them again.

And then the water stands, in shallow, but deep puddles, that turn in to algae infested breeding grounds for mosquitoes, until the Oklahoma sun turns them dry and cracked. The roof rain run off, sans gutters (aside from the "decorative" gutters on the front of the house) has, over time, created a 3 inch divot around the parameter of the house. Having dug trenches, contemplated french drains and hand bailing water from the yard, we came to the conclusion gutters may help... or at least couldn't hurt. Jason of 4 Seasons was very helpful in reviewing our guttering needs. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. The cost and installation was first rate. I had no idea that this could be done so quickly. The installers were quick, cordial and did not leave any mess behind. The gutters look like they belong on the house, and are very neat. We have downspouts for rain barrels and things are starting to be less swampy after a rain. They take check and credit card, and were quick to answer any pre-install questions. Great service, and I highly recommend 4 Seasons Seamless Gutters.
