If you're on the fence about trying eyelash extensions because of the cost, maintenance, or if they won't look right on you READ THIS because I was too. It sounds silly but these eyelash extensions have changed my life in unexpected ways. Small ways but have had a huge impact on my mood, energy, confidence, and more! They've literally erased so much of my stress and mental load and freed up so much of my time. I'm not late for work bc my makeup took too long trying to perfect it. I don't get annoyed in the mornings because I can't get my mascara and my eyelashes to like each other. I'm not even putting makeup on anymore because the eyelashes do so much I don't feel like I need anything else. So I'm not sleeping in makeup anymore. My breakouts stopped. They always look the same and symmetrical (damn near impossible with mascara). The perfectionist in me is very satisfied. Im always ready and confident for a picture and don't spend any time worrying about how I look or spend time feeling ick about the way I look in a photo. And on top of that they just look SO GOOD. I literally wake up and just live my life. They're stupid easy to maintain and they stay put very well and for a long time considering your natural eyelashes are growing and replacing themselves constantly. I got my first set done with Kaylee the week before I went to a 4 day camping music festival. I was so worried they'd all fall out before the festival and I'd look silly but they stayed flawless and only had a few fall out due to eyelash growth. I told kaylee I wanted a classic set and for it to still look natural and she DELIVEREDDDD. And now I'm an eyelash girly and I'm never going back. If you struggle with ADHD, depression, a busy schedule, confidence, or human existence in general, DO IT. GET THE LASHES. I was worried about the cost and the maintenance but the price is so worth all the collateral benefit it's brought forth. It's so much more than just eyelashes. It's brought simplicity to my life.

I had trouble booking my appt so I stopped by the shop. I met Kaci she seemed nice and had an opening in a couple days so I booked an appointment for a shellac manicure. I was so looking forward to my appointment but I received a text while on my way to the shop that she was running behind and could I come 15-30 mins later then my appointment time, since I was already on my way there I thought I would just go a head and wait at the shop. I got there and Kaci and her boyfriend were cleaning up, she seemed to be hurring around to clean up and said it was fine that i was there and she would be able to take me but had to sterilize the equipment which took 20 mins?? Kaci left to what looked like a back room to clean/ wash things and said she would be right back. Her boyfriend continued to clean the upstairs while I sat waiting in a chair down stairs. 25-30 mins go by no Kaci and the boyfriend left. My phone rings, its the boyfriend he said Kaci was not feeling well and her sickness had come to a head and I would need to reschedule. I declined his offer to reschedule. I am not sure what's up but something isn't right and my time is way to precious to waste on people who treat me like this.I was so disappointed.
