I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie last weekend for my engagement pictures. She did my…read morehair and make up for our photos and WOW! She killed it! I fought sleep for as long as I could Saturday night just to avoid having to wash it all off! Stephanie is so easy and fun to work with. Our photos had to be rescheduled due to the fires, and she willingly arranged her already busy schedule to fit me in on a Saturday with short notice. She arrived right on time, bubbly and excited to do my hair and make up! I instantly felt at ease with her. I showed her several pictures of what I wanted and she NAILED it! I asked for natural glam and a braid with curls (my hair is thin so I was worried about the braid but oh man- she is so good with hair!). The conversation was natural and fun- she kept me relaxed and laughing the whole time! I had a few girlfriends over, and they all loved her as well! I cannot recommend Stephanie enough. She will be my go to for hair and make up moving forward. She takes the time to listen to what your vision is, she is a master in her craft, and most importantly- she has a heart of gold and just wants you to feel your best! One of the best to work with!

I was interested in ordering a product used on my hair, but it had to be ordered. I paid for it, but was never contacted that it was there or available. I contacted them today to say I had to cancel my appointment 2 days from now and the next thing I know I got a bill with a cancellation fee for $35.00. I was never asked why I was cancelling, but I did ask if the product ever came in. Shana said she was going to give it to me when I arrvied for my appointment. WHAT?! This was somenthing I paid for and could have been using. Each visit my bill was well over $240.00. Shana is unprofessional. The place is dirty and she can't keep help. I gave them a chance. They under-performed on all counts.

I used to go to this salon for color/cut and eyebrows but I no longer do. Mainly because of the…read moreterrible attitude I received from a staff member there. This person was very rude to me and actually acted like I was somehow imposing on her time and personal space because I arrived at the salon at the time allotted and she basically told me to sit down, I guess she was talking to another client and didn't want to deal with me or thought I was being rude. Think again, I spend a lot of money on high dollar salons and treating me rudely is not a good idea for your business. Regardless I gave her another chance and again, for some reason there was a lot of attitude and I don't care how good the service is, if you are so arrogant that you think you don't need my business for whatever reason (this person was very judgmental) there are plenty of other salons that I can, will and do go to where I spend more money and at least I get treated with respect. Be thankful I didn't post your name.

Bethany took the time to actually look at my face before she got to work- so many professionals don't do that! At no point did I feel like she was rushing and conversation was easy. I am pleased with my brow shaping - which included brow fill in and concealed. I am *very* pleased she reminded me she has a Yelp check-in special. Usually I leave the salon with beet-red eyebrows (sensitive, white skin) feeling like I was just one in a long line of customers. Bethany made my brows look the best they've been in years (probably since my wedding) and her careful fill-in and concealer gave me confidence I never have after a wax. I'll be back!

They look perfectly thick and angled every time, and then she is always such a joy to talk to during everything (and has such a great memory too). Bethany's space is inside the Phenix Salon Suites, and though she's near the back she's easy to find. (If you haven't been to one, each "studio/office" is it's own private business, with many different salon type services offered throughout the building). Bethany's space is very inviting, and if her door is shut due to her being with someone, there is a nice bench nearby for waiting. I never have to wait too long if I have to wait at all! Her space is well decorated and she is always prepared and ready. I see Bethany about once a month (every 4-5 weeks) and always, ALWAYS leave happy. I highly recommend Bethany for your eyebrow needs - I have also included a photo of my brows the day after having them waxed (I was happy despite my solemn expression).
