Adam from Blue Jay Garage Doors absolutely saved my hide. I needed a threshold seal and an oversized bottom seal for my garage door before the weather turned, and nobody in the area--including Lowe's and Home Depot--had the right lengths or the right style. My old bottom seal was about 20 years old and long overdue for replacement, and I was running out of options. Their AI assistant was helpful too -- you just have to be patient with it. It will get one of their reps in touch with you and keep you updated with text messages or emails. Adam came through with exactly what I needed. My garage door had been growling pretty badly so I finally called Blue Jay Garage Doors...it was near closing time. To my surprise, the friendly lady who took my call said that someone could come out to my house the next morning. Rob showed up just a bit before 8am. He was very friendly and professional. He did the $99 tune up and then pointed out my worn out rollers...they were really bad. I asked him if he could go ahead and replace them while he was there. He said yes and proceeded to replace all 10 rollers. The extra cost to do this was very reasonable I am very glad I called Blue Jay before things got even worse with my door...it doesn't "growl" anymore. One of my springs snapped on my garage door and had to rush home to get my wife out and off to work. I called Blue Jay Door at 8:12am and spoke to Ms. Alyssia. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the situation. She said they would have someone there in an hour or two to check it out. I was a little pessimistic, and thought we'll see. Mr. Rob showed up at 8:51!!! He was driving a nice van, wearing a nice clean uniform and was super friendly. He evaluated the situation, repaired it, packed up and ready to roll out at 9:39. Kevin and Caleb came out the same day I called! My garage door had been super noisy and squeaky for years and I heard a loud bang last week.
