Volkswagen of Spartanburg almost single handedly restored my confidence in the company. I got a basic oil change and tire rotation at their service center. From the moment I walked in the door, all employees were incredibly professional. They advised that the oil change is going to take longer than usual and apologized for that. The oil change didn't take that long. You know the really amazing thing? This shop didn't stop to waste my time trying to upsell me on further repairs. They asked "Is the oil change and tire rotation all we're doing today?" and actually respected my answer of "yes, please." They simply did their job, got me out of there, and printed their recommended service items that weren't tackled on my receipt. Holy crap, I don't remember the last service center that identified issues but didn't try to upsell me on them. This Volkswagen dealership is amazing. Is it enough for me to buy my next Volkswagen from them? Honestly, probably not. I have no desire to drive another Volkswagen. That said, as long as I'm stuck with my VW, they will be my go-to for any repairs/maintenance that I need.

She wasn't just personable; she was incredibly attentive to my needs and demonstrated deep knowledge of both the vehicle and the industry. I never felt like I was being sold to, instead, it felt like I was having an honest, informed conversation with someone who genuinely wanted to help me make the right choice. Although I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, Tammy still took the time to show me other options to ensure I was fully confident in my decision. She gave me the space and time I needed to ask questions, inspect the vehicle, and take a thorough test drive without any pressure. I was looking for junk yards that I can walk around and see why they had. I came across Williams and sons. i walked inside to ask some questions about the yard and even though they couldn't allow me to walk around they had some great prices. I go to leave and my car wouldn't start, it ended up being a starter. they helped me get another one. they even let me keep the car here over the weekend. They gave me a lot of information and help. thanks guys I will drive the 45mins everyday if I have to come here.
