Any maintenance issues have been addressed that same day and I really like how the managers are always available to talk to either in person or via email. I love being so close to downtown Cincinnati and within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Covington. There are two very nice club rooms/lounge areas that can be reserved for events or parties, a huge gym that includes a sauna, pet spa, coffee/espresso machine with custom drinks, Luxer One locker package system, Tide lockers for your dry cleaning, I mean the list just goes on and on. You can't beat the amenities here!

The building is located right on the banks of the Ohio river, on the Covington, KY side, and features stunning views of the entire Cincinnati skyline. I like this location because it is close to Cincinnati (accessible by footbridge), but not as congested as Cincinnati in terms of parking. The building was completely renovated recently offers studios , and 1 and 2 bedroom units- all of which are spacious, with high ceilings and large decks that offer spectacular views. I love that the building includes many amenities; community terrace with firepit, pet friendly, a huge fitness facility, and 24/7 attended security in the lobby. I can't give enough praise for this awesome new apartment building!

They do have people come out and spray, but the bug-spraying people do not spray the whole apartment, and when you ask the bug person to spray other areas in the apartment, they have an attitude about it. Neighbors are noisy ALL day and night, and the office does nothing more than give them a note to keep it down. You have to put up with neighbors smoking cigarettes on their patios and balconies, and that smoke goes into your apartment if you have your windows and sliding door open, as well as being sucked into the AC units that are in the walls. You can not use the ceiling fan in the kitchen because if you open a certain cabinet that is next to that ceiling fan, it hits the fan. They do not repair everything in the apartment when you tell them about what needs repairing when you first move in. I gave them a list, and they didn't repair everything on the list. We still have a light switch that is not connected to anything at all! Our sliding door track is so dirty that it takes 2 hands to open the door. And forget about using the pool unless you pay $30 for a small plastic fob that, if you lose or damage in any way, shape, or form, you lose that $30. And don't forget that your rent will not be what they say it is, as they add on to it for Water/sewer/stormwater charge/utility reimbursement charge/trash pickup/ electric charge (this is for the common areas). Granted, those charges are split between all the apartments that are occupied, but if you have more people living in your apartment, you get charged more than others. That is right, you get charged for the lights to be on in the hallways, and for them to vacuum the hallways, do repairs, and for the electricity that is used to run the washer and dryers, on top of paying $2.00 to wash your clothes and $1.75 to dry. And those washers and dryers are not kept clean, nor is the laundry room. They cleaned the carpets in the hallways several months ago, and the mats are still hanging over the railings. And I do not see or hear them cleaning every day, or even every week. People leave trash everywhere, including bags of trash. We have an apartment in our building that has a nasty mattress on the patio. Even though we are not allowed to have such things on our patios and balconies. And forget about trying to have a container garden on your patio or balcony, as they do not allow such things. No place to sit at the park and enjoy watching your little ones or grandkids play. Almost like they don't want anyone to enjoy any of the amenities that they post so proudly as part of the rent! For what you have to pay for a small apartment, you could own a house! Don't waste your money on an apartment without reading reviews and checking it out thoroughly! Want more info? Check out Google reviews as well!

One person was moving out as she had recently gotten engaged. The pool hours are laughable, as they are only open when the office is open and you had to leave 15 minutes before the office closed so "they can leave on time"-- that is what we were actually told. So the paying tenants have to cater to the employees?? They aren't lifeguards, so how can it possibly matter if we are there when they aren't? Oh, and it was closed all day one day a week because... who knows. You had to mail in your rent check instead of dropping it off at the office. I guess that meant not having to see all the sourpusses every month, but still. Inconvenient. If you're desperate and need a cheap place to live you can check this place out but be warned-- there are a host of unreasonable rules and unpleasant people to deal with. Good luck!

We got kicked out for 'criminal activity' and now its permanently on her record and makes it difficult to get any new apartment because WE WERE THREATENED? This happened in around 2019 so there might be a new owner, but if its the same person they're genuinely braindead. We were good guests that payed our rent, cleaned up messes our dog payed and was friendly with the rest of the people who live there, and we got repayed by getting kicked out not because we did anything but because we were victims of SOMEONE ELSE doing something. The apartment itself is alright, however when stuff is broken don't expect it to be fixed anytime soon because it took weeks and sometimes months for them to fix anything in your apartment. Again though I lived here a couple years ago so it may be different, but overall I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you can predict the future because apparently if you're threatened by someone its your fault.

The office gave me paperwork on places I could go for help and even made suggestions where I could apply for a job. I could tell you about the clean landscaping, the apartment itself, or a list of other things, but those are not the most important things to me. In truth we would've moved a long time ago if it wasn't for Christie. She may be strict, but she also cares and that's what counts.

Our experience with the office was great from the beginning. They always answered our phone calls and responded to our emails promptly. They were able to find a unit for us when we made a last minute change to the date, moving it up by one month. They were also able to find a garage for us. We arrived after a long 5 Day drive from Nevada and we were very happy to find everything we needed in our two bedroom, two full bathroom condo. It is indeed fully furnished, and with all of the amenities we needed to cook a meal that night. They even left cleaning supplies, laundry soap and softener, dish soap, etc AND a snack basket with two water bottles, a package of spaghetti pasta and a jar of pasta sauce for us! There appear to be 12 units in each building, and each building is three stories high (4 units on each floor). There is not an elevator in our building, however the main floor units appear to be easily accessible from the parking lot. We need to take the stairs up to our unit on the third floor, and there are stairs that lead down to the first floor. All mailboxes for our building are located on the main floor, as soon as you enter the building. There is an intercom system for visitors to use at the front door. (The front door to the building is locked and you must have a code to enter). The intercom system allows us to talk, listen, and to push a button to let visitors into our building. This is very handy to have for deliveries! The soundproofing seems to be very good because we've been here for four days now and we haven't heard any noise from our neighbors, doors slamming, etc. There's plenty of outdoor parking spaces available. We have a garage for one car (paying an additional $85 per month) and are using the outdoor parking spaces for our other two. This is a very dog friendly area, with a few dog waste stations (fully stocked with poop bags in case you forgot to bring some!) and it's a lovely green, grassy area to go for a walk with your dog. The location is very conveniently located to shopping (Kroger and Kroger fuel, Trader Joe's, Dillards, DSW...), restaurants (many good restaurants within a 5 mile radius), and not too far from the highway. The rental price isn't cheap, but we think it's quite reasonable for being fully furnished, with all of the amenities and supplies that they left us with. We are very happy with our stay here so far, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a temporary or long term furnished apartment in this area.
