I reached out to fencing companies and scheduled some estimates. I was told that my problem was too small of a project and that I should find a handyman instead. I hadn't met with Casey yet and thought he would tell me the same. But he responded that my problem wouldn't be a waste of his time and that he'd be happy to help. He came out -- twice -- and gave me a very reasonable quote. He also caught another rotting post that other people (at least three of them) had failed to see. Casey was also responsive even though I took a while to get back to him. We ended up being unable to work with Casey as our neighbors fixed the fence. When the time comes for a new fence, I'm not bothering with other companies. I'll be reaching out to Casey and Six Bells for sure. Sitting on the fence about who to hire? Stop thinking and hire Casey and Six Bells!

He was very communicative through the whole process. He used high quality materials, and the fence is beautiful. I went with a slightly open horizontal slat fence, with a topper made of smaller horizontal slats. The work was done 4 years ago, and has held up great (no bowing, etc). Over a year ago, I engaged this company due to their reported high-end quality. Initially, their…read morework appeared satisfactory; however, by Christmas of 2023, I observed a decline in the quality of their craftsmanship. It seemed that their workers were prioritizing the completion of their tasks to attend the company party. They informed me that my floor required an additional $5,500 for repairs. Despite this, the floor still exhibits signs of unevenness. The stairs, which were supposed to be high-end, were of substandard quality, and the company had to return to complete the job. However, the work was still under warranty, but it cost an additional $4,000 to fix the squeaking floor they created. The final caulking of the stairs was also unsatisfactory. The caulking of the trim was never completed. I had to hire an electrician to fix their mistakes, which cost several thousand dollars, as they are not certified electricians. Regarding the painting, I noticed several areas where the trim was overpainted and areas that were not adequately painted. I did not receive the high-end quality I expected. I had asked them not to ask me to provide a review, but I keep receiving notices, so I am providing one here.

We got about 3 bids, and Mr Holmans was a bit higher. The results speak for themselves, the difference was worth it. Take a look at the pictures of other fences the company has built and you will see that this is quality workmanship. When he looked at the old gate he pointed out a big construction error concerning how the big gate was originally hung and why it was starting to lean.
