When my pool was built, I complained to the pool builder (A&G Concrete Pools) that my "flow" out of the spa was wimpy, they sent "expert" after "expert" to correct the problem. They would shake their heads and say "Nope, that's about all the flow we can get." Then Bill came over to do another job for me. I described my problem. He said "Let me take a look at that." In ten minutes, he had the pool flow doubled. I asked him how he was able to fix the problem. "Nothing complicated," he said; "apparently, no one ever bothered to set up your pool correctly." Addendum post to owner as of 3/10/2023 This past year and (almost) 1/2 you kept going to the same supplier who was sending not even close to matching pieces of 7 foot stair nose. Telling us you're not responsible for it that you are simply the middle man. The manufacturer is responsible for it. We soli interfaced with your manager representing your company. We have never spoken to the owner until the posting of this review. You are in fact 100 percent responsible for the completion of our job. It is the responsibility of the owner or it's representative to assure that you are capable of getting all matching pieces and wood grain within it's color lot to complete the job before accepting it and providing a timeframe when it would be completed. When we spoke on the phone last night9 3-9-23), your greatest concern was "you are destroying my company over a piece of molding. Your greatest concern wasn't that our job has taken well over a year to get accomplish when promised six weeks - your greatest concern was all about you, and you know it. Your main concern was your reputation. As a matter of fact, you said to me: "You are destroying my companies reputation over a piece of molding". My response back to you was: "It may be just a piece of molding to you until it becomes your piece of molding" (you then hung the phone up on me) This is almost a 7 foot piece of molding in between two 7 foot pieces that do not match. When the sun comes in off the ocean and hits that wood it looks awful! This is not what we agreed to and we will not accept it.. It should be criminal that you have put us in such a mental state to where we have to do something like this to get our flooring completed. Our one and only phone call, you literally begged me to remove my review, at which point I told you I would not until out job is complete and after my mental anguish has settled down. Perhaps in a year. To be exact this cost us $52,641.91 between you and the company you chose to install your product. Your wood product should be your masterpiece where it speaks volumes of your company. Sadly in our case it is not. I'd be utterly embarrassed trying to justify your actions at this point. If you choose to continue, I will continue with the entire series of actions that will bring in your installers. Please put your justifying energy into doing the right thing owner and get our job completed! That is all we ever wanted. We are gravely disappointed.

I paid over $3000 for this Gutter Guys of Vero Beach to install whole house gutters to solve a…read moredrainage issue in one of my side yards on a newly constructed 2024 house. It didn't solve that specific drainage problem until I paid another $400 for them to install a 20' underground run from their installed downspout to a pop up drain in the yard. They charged us $20 a ft and it solved the initial drainage problem that caused us to have gutters installed. However, unknown to us at the time was that the installation of the gutters was now going to cause a different drainage issue on the other side of the house that had not existed before the gutters were installed. A few months later two recent downpours caused my pool deck and lanai to flood with 2" of water due to their poor selection of a downspout location on the other side of the house. It was easy to determine that when Gutter Guys of Vero Beach installed a downspout right next to another existing builder downspout for the screened pool enclosure and inches from the pool deck drain, it was now too much water pouring into that one location. I called them to come back and install a pop up drain like they did on the opposite side of the house, but now the price was $800 for just 9 linear feet. That works out to $89 a ft just a few months later. When I questioned this ridiculous price increase they said that the increase was due to their materials costs. In summary they installed a gutter system that created a really bad drainage issue and they don't stand behind their work.
