I have had him clean my house in the past with similar results until we got hard floors... I remembered his dedication and I asked him why he does such a better job than anybody else and his response was "I've been doing this a long time and it's really about knowledge not about how I do it" and he's right! He gave us a protectorate for the fibers and what a HUGE difference!! He has the knowledge and work ethic to get the job done right! Also if you come back 10 years later he will remember you and treat you like a friend! I can't say enough if you think you can find somebody better I guarantee you you will not. Saved me a ton of money and the grief of a new install!!! This is the company to hire if you need your carpet cleaned PERIOD!!!

Very happy with the service I received from Blue Diamond. I called a few days before the weekend…read moreand asked if they could get me in on a Saturday; they said sure, no problem. They told me they would call me the day before my cleaning to give me a time window. The day before my scheduled cleaning, as promised, they called to give me a 2-hour time window. On the day of the cleaning, they showed up during the 2-hour time window they gave me. The employees were really friendly and nice. They did what they could with the atrocious carpet they were cleaning (badly stained from years of dog urine, some large stains did not come out) and were quick and courteous. They pre-sprayed the carpet before cleaning and applied a deodorizer to help counteract the urine smell. The house smelled soooo much better afterward! Payment was quick and easy, as they accept credit cards, and I was able to leave a tip for the employees on my card. My only complaint was that they did not move large furniture (sofas) and clean underneath them. To be fair, I can't remember when I scheduled my cleaning if I asked if they moved the furniture or not. The price was VERY reasonable and given how considerate and friendly the employees were, I would definitely use Blue Diamond again!
