Blue Compass is a nationwide company selling RV's, trailers and coaches for camping. Located north of Spokane, WA, they are next door to Camping World. We bought our RV from Blue Compass in May as a slightly used rig. We love the RV. We needed some warranty service done on it so we took it to the dealership. Long story short, they had it for 5 weeks and did not complete the desired work. At least they did not charge us. But the customer service was not good, and the long wait time was unacceptable, especially given that the primary complaint was not addressed. I would not recommend this dealership for these reasons. I do not know about Blue Compass's other locations. read more
