They called me back at first and when they realized they could not fix the problem they stopped returning my calls. Their minimal response consisted of changing my password, which was not the problem. They determined that my email address was not sending the "@dwx.com" as part of the address, which is apparently beyond their ability to fix. (Tried different router and different devices, result always the same). I do not recommend this company for internet service. I have been a customer of theirs for 20 years. If this is how they treat a 20 year customer how do you expect them to treat you?
