I grew up with my mother playing piano. I had a little bit of the lessons when I was young. As I am older, I missed it so much, but I wanted a piano that felt like the piano I grew up with. I went to O'Neill Music house and met Raph O'Neill. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, informative, and most importantly, talked on your level. I have met people that have an abundance of knowledge like him, and they tend to talk down to you. Not Mr. O'Neill. I was so impressed how helpful he was. I went in wanting one piano Which he was out of, but after talking to him very quickly, realized I had made the wrong selection. It was so nice to be able to rely on his wealth of knowledge, since this is an expensive purchase, I did not want to buy the wrong thing. I also found out that he is a third generation owner. I might add. He plays beautifully. It was nice to hear someone play the piano that I was going to buy. I cannot say enough positive things about this business. He really went above and beyond and wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated that in no way was he pushy or trying to get me to buy something more expensive.
