More harm than good. Have used their window cleaning services multiple times so naturally I hired them for a deep house cleaning in prep for guests. The staff they sent lacked even the most rudimentary house cleaning skills, they damaged a fixture, and left the house feeling less clean than before they arrived. I contacted the office the following day to report these problems. Owner did not bother to respond to my email detailing the issues. This is how they treat a repeat customer. I am very hesitant to write a bad review but after a year and a half of trying to get a problem fixed I feel that I have no other choice. I hired Blue Brush to come do a move out clean on a 2 bedroom townhome. I had used them several times before and while I usually had to have them come back and do part of the job that wasn't completed they always did so and I was relatively happy. I found out a few weeks after the cleaning job that they had damaged the drawers (veggie and fruit keeper) to the fridge and were working to replace them. I asked to get the drawers back but was told that the cleaner they had used had eaten away at the plastic and they were destroyed. They assured me that they would get replacement drawers and get it taken care of. Without going into full detail, I still don't have drawers for my fridge! The cleaning job was in December of 2020. I have contacted them so many times!! I have offered to buy the drawers and have them reimburse me and gotten no answer. I have worked with at least 4 different employees and each time have to start over with the proof on my part and the explanations. One employee told me they were just going to get a new fridge as they couldn't find the correct size of shelves but that never happened. I would not recommend this company to anyone and my best advice is to find a reputable company that repairs damage if they cause it. Have had this company come in 2x's for deep cleaning. The second crew was better than the first. Very professional and did a fantastic job. They will be called back. Less one star because the vacuum the owner has them use is not very good. read more

I had Blue Brush come and clean a very dirty apartment. The salesman promised that the place would be fully cleaned and up to my standards when they were done. However they probably only cleaned about 50%-60% of the place by the time they said they were finished. all of the cabinets and stair railings still had a layer of grime, the ceiling still had spots, the front door wasn't washed, the sliding door track wasn't cleaned, the stove was still covered in grime among other things. I had to call to have them come back. When they came back they cleaned only a few more things and then promptly sent me the bill without looking through the house with me, signaling to me "hey were not cleaning this place any more". When I called to have them come back I was told that the cleaners had done all they could, and that the place was falling apart. What they said was falling apart was just grime on wood that would flake off when cleaned. That was the stuff I needed cleaned, and their cleaners didn't know the difference between grime and wood. I asked to pay only half the bill, as the cleaners only cleaned half the apartment. But they wouldn't concede saying that I had not promptly informed them of my expectations. I had contacted several places for cleaning, but because I felt BlueBrush was fair and honest, I went with them. They had an empty house, main floor only, 2 bedrooms and living room, kitchen and small study/sitting room, and 2 bathrooms, and back storage room to clean. Not the garage because it still had stuff in it. Not even the basement because it had been done. I wanted floors, mostly tile, 3 rooms were carpet, cleaned, mopped and vacuumed. Mop boards cleaned, blinds, windows and window tracks cleaned. Oven cleaned, cupboards cleaned, pantry cleaned, and fridge cleaned. After they were there for two hours, the two girls were in the kitchen cleaning. Nothing else had been done. Their base pay covers 3.5 hours and they must reward their help if they can carry it out for 3 more hours, at $30 per person per hour. My judgement here to get an empty house ready to sell was wrong. Let me just say I was screwed and my grandkids could have done a much better job. My daughter did a quick walk through after 2 and half hours and nothing had been done except part of the kitchen. I can say I differently have been screwed and they want to come back to finish, and of course charge more than an arm and leg. They need these girls fired and hirer some responsible capable help if they want to have any kind of good reputation. read more
