I was so prepared to spend a butt load of money in there today and I literally got no help! I couldn't find my size and had a question but I definitely didn't look my best today...I felt like since I wasn't dressed well today the owner didn't give me the time of day... but she sure perked up when a 50 year old wealthy looking women walked in. My sister and I were shopping at this boutique yesterday, October 17, 2020. They had some very nice items and my sister went up to the register to pay for what she was going to purchase. Another customer had walked in right before we had stepped up to the register; she and the employee (or owner possibly) carried on a conversation for five minutes about an upcoming trip to Santa Rosa Beach while we stood there waiting to pay. The employee definitely saw that we were standing there but obviously did not care. It seemed as though she was more concerned with wiping down every surface that we touched instead of providing good customer service. We left our items at the register and left. I am not from this area so I am not sure how long this boutique has been around, but hopefully others have a better experience. read more
