So the day of the procedure the nurse brings me into a room puts a sheet under the back of my pants and pulls my pants down a bit,and says "the Dr will be in soon",so about 10 minutes later the nurse comes in and says"he should be in soon" then 5 minutes later some random man walks in,keeps the door open mind you my butt is out and he says "oh I just have to put this pillow away",so about 5 minutes later Dr.Sasso came in and he's doing the procedure and all of sudden my leg involuntary flys up in the air and it is the most excruciating pain I have ever had in my life so that lasted for about 45 seconds so when I turned my head to look at him and ask him why that happened he was texting!!!!!!!!!! So was he texting and the needle went into the wrong part of my back? I did call and talk to the practice manager her response was "he ususally doesn't do stuff like that",well I would hope not. I asked her for my records she did not give them to me I called back multiple times and no one has gotten back to me,they have not even sent my records to my new Dr.

And that is a whole other review. They just collect money and not give relief. It is sad that when you can make a payment but get turned away. Mom has been in chronic pain for the past 10 years, with several unsuccessful operations she can hardly walk, take care of her home, she had to stop driving and she is in constant pain she doesn't sleep. Yesterday she went to see DR. NIDHI AGRAWAL (again) to get a refill on her pain medication because she just cant take the pain any more. NIDHI AGRAWAL refused my mother her pain medication, told her the Lyrica mom is taking should help her and left her at that. This is the third time mom has seen NIDHI AGRAWAL and all this woman can do is write an rx for Colace, a stool softener that you can get at Walmart for .99! Twice mom thought she was given an rx for her regular pain medication and was given a prescription for stool softener!! NIDHI AGRAWAL IS A DISGRACE OF "PAIN DOCTOR", HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS LET ALONE CARE FOR ANYONE IN REAL PAIN! What is mom going to do, hobble down to the corner and hock her Percocet??? She and must have stock in Colace.

At no point did I feel unsupported. They cared for my grandmother like their own, but also made sure I felt supported and my children had coping resources for our loss. I need to especially point out the care of our CNA, who transitive into our home and grams care take so gracefully and organically is hard to believe she wasn't here all along. The social worker, RN and pastor who openly listened to my concerns and addressed them individually and with "CARE". At one of the worst parts of my life, I also felt cared for. Thank you for helping my loved one transition with kindness, dignity and respect.

My father was on their service and in a Skilled Nursing Facility. He experienced an injury at around 4am which was believed to be a fall with a possible right hip Fracture. I was not called til after 11am by the nurse on weekend call, who was also the program Director Michele Zahumensky. She sounded that she was either experiencing a medical emergency or was highly intoxicated. She was slurring her speech. Later in conversation she stated she would order pain management, a mobile X-Ray, and would not be going to see him then stated "I am now going back to sitting on my deck and finishing this bottle of wine." At around 3pm I received another call for another nurse from Caring. She stated that she was going to do a visit with my father since Michele had not gone to see my father or put any orders in or seen him. Within 30 minutes I got a call back from this nurse stating she found my father in pain with deformity to his right leg. She asked to send him to Emergency Room for x-ray and pain management due to the deformity and my father was asking to go to the hospital. Once at hospital it was found he did have a hip fx. He was admitted to hospital for a week to manage pain. Once discharged from hospital my father had declined to point he was not conscious and did not know when people were there to see him. My father passed away July of 2025. When he passed all I got was a voicemail from caring hospice stating "your dad ceased to breath." They then just hung up. That is very ignorant and unprofessional if you ask me. I feel the delay in my father being seen the day of injury played a part in his decline. I also feel that a manager who accepts to be on call should not be drinking alcohol during their on call shift. When I spoke to my fathers nurse and expressed my concern with Michele's actions, she agreed that he drinking hindered he ability to manage and care for patients. I reached out to Michele's direct boss a Randy (sorry can not remember his last name) and also the owner of the company with no return phone calls. I feel now they approve of this behavior. I would not recommend or use this company again.

My family member was actually very stable during her stay in hospice, but even with that they could not deliver. Communication was HORRIBLE. Care was delayed for no clear reason. We are not prima donnas, there is a lot I can tolerate and I was incredibly flexible with scheduling and communication. My father (94) was discharged from the hospital to at-home hospice. We were engaged with Crossroads for 5 days. Dad had a small (1-2 inch) wound from an IV blow out on his forearm, with related swelling/edema. A Crossroads nurse dressed the original wound so tightly that the gauze caused irritation and created two open, bleeding wounds around it, about 5" each. When I alerted the staff at crossroads, a "nurse manager" named Mark was less than apologetic or even moved, and spoke over me repeatedly as I expressed my concerns. He committed to sending a nurse out that day, promised a proper dressing and a time window to expect the nurse. The second nurse arrived 2 hours after the time promised, knew nothing of the situation, and was unprepared to dress the new wounds the first nurse caused. By "unprepared" I mean: No supplies. No knowledge. She patchworked adhesive bandages that were too small, some DIRECTLY TO the wounds. Bandages that later took me and Dad's caregiver an hour plus to remove, using water and baby oil to coax without further injuring his delicate skin while he writhed in pain. I understand many care places are short staffed. I understand that systems are created to provide care but may run short of resources to do so efficiently. But at a time that was scary and tense, I felt dismissed and uncared for. Not only these, but that I had to PROTECT my father from the CARE he was receiving. I am not certain if this is a for/non-profit thing or what. But they clearly either took on our case without the resources to do so, or have such poor management that they really can't keep up. Or both. Even when I made it clear to them that I was unhappy and asked to be transferred to another service, the manager Ashley was uncooperative and huffy with me. I would have thought that given the circumstance she would want to do everything in her power to get me off their service as soon as possible, but apparently not. Luckily, Holy Redeemer Hospice stepped in as my transfer choice and took a lot off of my plate. They were amazing and when they recognized the hard time Crossroads had given us, they dealt with the transfer and spared me the details. Steer clear of this agency if you can help it.
