And that is a whole other review. They just collect money and not give relief. It is sad that when you can make a payment but get turned away. Receptionist didn't even give me a chance to say I could move money. She was like you will just need to reschedule. If you don't like your job find a new one that you like or retire.

My mother,…read morewho is 79 yrs. old and has been going to this office for years for pain management and then her Dr. retired. Mom was assigned to a new doctor, NIDHI AGRAWAL. Mom has been in chronic pain for the past 10 years, with several unsuccessful operations she can hardly walk, take care of her home, she had to stop driving and she is in constant pain she doesn't sleep. Yesterday she went to see DR. NIDHI AGRAWAL (again) to get a refill on her pain medication because she just cant take the pain any more. NIDHI AGRAWAL refused my mother her pain medication, told her the Lyrica mom is taking should help her and left her at that. This is the third time mom has seen NIDHI AGRAWAL and all this woman can do is write an rx for Colace, a stool softener that you can get at Walmart for .99! Twice mom thought she was given an rx for her regular pain medication and was given a prescription for stool softener!! NIDHI AGRAWAL IS A DISGRACE OF "PAIN DOCTOR", HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS LET ALONE CARE FOR ANYONE IN REAL PAIN! What is mom going to do, hobble down to the corner and hock her Percocet??? She and must have stock in Colace.

She is a seasoned professional who has done so much for me over the last 6 weeks! I have had foot neuropathy and balance problems for a long time. Recently I had major back surgery at HUP. After recovering, I needed help to learn to walk again. Finally, I made an appointment with Margaret for a very long evaluation along with testing. She recognized my problems, identified a few more, and put together a comprehensive plan to address my many problems together. Every member of her staff is kind, competent, and caring. They work with clients one-on-one. I feel supported, motivated, and cared-for as I learn how to feel better and stronger. I read and often rely upon reviews from others for all sorts of things. I am writing this to recommend highly this PT practice. Check out their website & you tube video for detailed info. about them. I researched an awful lot of PT practices, then even dropped in on a few to get a feel of the place. So glad that I found this one!

My therapist, Dr. Val Davi, was smart, professional, and personable. She made my twice weekly visits a lot of fun, plus I always left with exercises I could do to improve my balance to reduce my risk of falling. I also have occasional vertigo so I'll be going back when and if that re-appears. I highly recommend this facility (and Val!). You can't do any better.

Don't go here if you have a complex condition, like hEDS or another hypermobility condition. At…read morethe time (this was over a year ago) I came in not yet diagnosed as hEDS, but made them aware that I was in the process and the issues I was having. My script was for whole spine PT. The person they gave me really seemed not to know what to do with that, and it seemed clear very quickly that she didn't want to deal with me. She was verbally abusive to me when I said I couldn't do certain exercises (I couldn't) or was having trouble with them. She seemed irritated or something that she couldn't just give me exercises and go. I often was overseen by a tech or another PT, the latter often giving me helpful tips bc they could see I was struggling. She didn't remember I had no at-home exercises (which I thought was weird - that I had none), and when she asked me if I was doing them, I looked at her like - what? It took several sessions before I asked where to get the stretchy bands and she goes "oh, we sell them here." Why would you not say that in the first place? I kept debating whether to just leave, but thought I'd "tough it out." Never again. The last straw was when she put me on a leg press or something and tried to start me at 50lbs. After I was still struggling with the other exercises. I said I could not do 50 lbs., and she berated me. But i did get less than that. After one day doing the press and something else new, I honestly could not move. I spent the day laying on the couch bc my back was rigid. I never went back. I cancelled my next appointment, and then got a call the day I was supposed to go wondering where I was. Wish I'd cancelled sooner.
