My only complaints were that I thought with the facials they would be in a comfortable seat and have cucumbers on their eyes but that didn't happen. Another thing is that some of the staff were not talking with the girls to make it more fun while getting the services. The owners daughter (im bad with names) was very friendly and was talking to the girls and myself . She made the whole experience memorable from the moment we got there. She made sure my son and husband were comfy while waiting for the girls to finish by giving them chairs and pillows and putting a movie for them.
