They had to return and get into my neighbors apartment because her kitchen sink is connected to my bathroom and my bathroom is connected to my kitchen sink. Go figure! When nothing worked unplugging the kitchen drain they returned again and tried through my bathroom sink. After three visits they left thinking issues resolved and then my bathroom sink plugged. I took a picture of the stuff coming out my bathroom sink that was plugged by this time. So I went down in person to maintenance with the photo of the crap plugging it up and they returned for the FOURTH time. At this time. I'm not sure if it's fixed but it's going to have to do for now. I'll find out soon enough. I'm going out to eat today for Mother's Day. I'm not going to be upset about the plumbing before lunch!! I never had a kitchen sink issue before and I've been living here since 2011! I'm lowering the stars to four for now because I've asked them to use a snake on the drain and they won't for some reason!

We lived in…read morethe community for nearly 25 years and we were really looking for a true professional and someone who could work with us from the beginning to the end. Laura is a very experienced agent. We had her to our home and she came up with many great ideas to make small adjustments that would significantly help in the sales process. This ranged from minor painting, decluttering, as well as removal of certain pieces of furniture that overtook a room. She even recommended an amazing stager in the community, who helped with the process. Laura was on top of everything and really gave us great confidence that she was fully looped into the market, as well as all of the key players with buyers in the area. Importantly, she is well respected in the real estate industry, which made it easy for her to deal with the dozens of different agents that came to see our home with potential buyers. We had many showings and Laura diligently showed our home, always pointing out all of her favorite features to potential buyers. We stayed in close touch during the entire process - and that was one of Laura's best qualities. Always quick to return a call or text and sharing her view. We would highly recommend partnering with Laura Miller (and her great team) to either sell or buy a home. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and gives her full effort to get you to the finish line. Laura is honest, hard-working and sincere. We would absolutely use her again if we had a home in the area...and we are so thankful to her for doing such a great job selling our home.

Obviously, not a good time if it's something you aren't expecting to need. I thought I'd have to leave my sofa in the lobby overnight. I reached out to the number listed here around 5pm on a Saturday, and he got back to me within 15 minutes and scheduled the service for later that same evening. Two gentlemen showed up, did what they had to do and I was sitting on my sofa later the same night. You literally would never know it was taken apart. Cannot say enough good things, definitely book with them if you're looking for a take apart/rebuild sofa service
