Across all the stylists I've had, Michelle has been the most consistent and efficient at this, with special attention to my annoying cowlicks, but I haven't gotten a *bad* cut from anybody. Emi came over and introduced herself and showed me the changing room where you get to leave your shirt on a hanger and wear one of their t-shirts during the haircut so you don't leave being microneedled by tiny hair clippings. Haircut started with a detailed back and forth about my hair and what I was looking for which felt better than the usual "what you want" from the budget shops. Emi offered what she called a "moment of relaxation" where she used essential oil and gives you a shoulder and neck massage before starting the haircut. 10/10 highly recommend doing this it feels great and doesn't cost extra. The actual haircut was very good, like I said I've never really cared about how my hair looked as long as it's not in my face, but I was quite impressed. It was very sharp, technically perfect, and now I'm spoiled by this whole thing. I can't recommend Emi and this shop enough, every man should give this a shot, even if you're like i was and thought this kind of thing was unnecessary. My wife called Dapper Don's to see their availability for an emergency fix. Over the phone they were very understanding, they responded "just bring him in and we will fix him up" Once we got there Happy and Bubba went above and beyond to help clean him up. They took us right away and made my boy feel reassured he wasn't going to be getting a hack job. Thankful for their professionalism and kindness! We will for sure be hitting these guys back up for our future cuts!

The store's claim to offer a curated and custom haircut for your specific needs has a double meaning: if you don't know exactly how you want your hair to be then you're kinda out of luck. I didn't receive any tangible advice or suggestions on how to approach cutting my hair when I said I didn't know and that I normally leave it to the barber. I told the barber I normally get "sports cuts" and he said he didn't know what that means and ended that conversation right there. I felt resistance towards requesting further adjustments (and ended up getting charged 20 dollars more for it) from the barber.
