THIS salon is terrific! When I walked in the door, I was a little nervous because I was running a few minutes late, but Lisa greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home! The salon is so beautiful inside, and the fact that everyone is so friendly makes it even better. Lisa is a gem and so personable! She gave me the most beautiful blowout! I don't think I've been this happy with my hair in years. I always say I want to leave a salon feeling fabulous, and I felt that way when I walked out the door! I can't remember the last time I felt like that at a salon, and I'm thrilled because I can't wait to return! My blowout was terrific and so affordable, and everyone was friendly. I came here for the first time on Saturday afternoon and I'll definitely be back! It was my moms birthday and she lives in this area, so we decided to come here to get blow outs together. We picked this spot since it was fairly new (open about a year, the great reviews they have, and since it's a fun concept - they only do blowouts, it was different than just going to her regular salon in the area.) We had 2 appts for 12:45 and they took one of us early and the other right on time. Like all other blow dry bars, they wash your hair first, and style it via blow dryer. The women are so talented and can style it for you just by using the dryer, not hot tools necessary. I typically curl my hair, so I told her how I like it and she was able to do that. The whole process is about 30 minutes, so you are in and out. I also have thick, curly hair, and she was still able to do it quick. I had Jess do my hair and I loved the finished product. One thing to note tho, she is a bit rough, really pulls hard, but I guess that is what works for her, you can tell she definitely knows what she is doing. I'm not sure who my mom had, but hers came out beautifully too. It is also very reasonably priced, about $25 or so for a blow out which I think is a great price. The salon is very large, and has about 8 or so stations. Definitely a great place to come before an event or just to pamper yourself! read more

I recently tried Blow Drybar after hearing so many positive things about it and following them on Facebook. Daniela was my stylist and did such a great job on my hair! I asked for a blow out and "beach waves" and she delivered! Also, I love that it didn't take long, either. I was out within an hour (and I got eyelashes, too!) Will be returning! :) P.S. Very disappointed with their customer service and will not be returning. My mom got a blow pack because she was told I could use it as well. I book an appointment saying I'll be using her pack and am told no problem! I come in for my appointment and upon check in am told I actually can't use it because I'm not her. Great. My mom comes in 20 min later for her appointment d a different woman tells her I can't use it because my hair is too thick. Then when I go to pay they up charge me $10 because of my thick hair but don't say anything. Terrible customer service. Terrible way of tricking someone into buying a non refundable pack. And sneakily uocharging me and me not seeing it until I get my receipt. read more

Went again on a whim wanted to treat myself was feeling kind of low! I had Leanne (sp) who was fantastic! Checked out my hair before it was washed, chatted about what I wanted then got to work. She was fantastic! It looked amazing, felt great and lasted for three days! The top wasn't quite right and she was so sweet and re-did it and it was perfect! I love this place! They are all friendly and courteous and during this time of covid, it feels very very safe at this salon! Your hair will come out amazing when you go here. Everyone is good. The place is super cute and convenient. Parking not so good. I can't give it 5 stars because pricing changes constantly. They advertise $25 blow out. First time I paid $25 for blow out and wash, great. Came back the next week and it was $35 for blow out and wash. Third time I came back it was $50. I was shocked. I see a lot of girls go in there with wet hair too and they get charged $25. I don't get their pricing. read more

This place is great. I was really desperate after trying my hand at some box dye during quarantine. I decided to use Yelp to find something close to work. I messaged to ask some initial questions to make sure that my needs would be met, and Lisa responded quickly. She was able to get me on the schedule within a few days, and was very accommodating with my work schedule. I couldn't be happier, but, surprisingly, I was. It was my first time there, so I was a little nervous. Liana was my stylist, and she was AMAZING. She listened to my ideas, input her wealth of knowledge, and transformed my box dye nightmare into beautiful hair, even took the time to make sure my eyebrows matched. Sounds simple, but after years of getting my hair done darker then my natural, not one other stylist offered, and it made such a difference. The next day, I had received so many compliments on my hair, I had to let Liana know how great she is, especially since it was her work of art! She knows her work and does it well. I liked how she told me what she was going to be doing, and what each product does. Made me feel really comfortable, especially since it was my first time with her. I will definitely highly recommend her, and already have. She also provided me with her cell so when I need my next appointment, I can just text her directly to schedule and I will most definitely be going back. Price point was what you would expect for a nice salon, actually less than I planned, since my hair was 5 different shades ranging from black to blonde. I always tip in cash, but as an FYI, they don't accept tips on debit/credit cards. (ALWAYS TIP IN CASH REGARDLESS!!!!) Other things that you may want to know: place is beautifully designed, lighting is sort of dim and adds to the relaxed vibe, clean and of course, followed quarantine rules. Wear a mask that's disposable if getting your hair dyed (that's just obvious advice) So, in conclusion, my first time there was nothing short of amazing, from the ease of scheduling to the superior service, you won't be disappointed! read more

I've been using this blow drybar since they opened. The salon is beautiful and everyone who works there is professional and accommodating. When I make my appointment, I don't usually ask for anyone in particular as they are all excellent! I've never had a bad experience. Pricing was good compared to the other options in the area. I was really looking forward to coming here, especially given all the great reviews. To start, the place is beautiful. High ceilings and nice fixtures. However, I was disappointment with my appointment. I can for just a blow out. The young woman who took me to the back didn't offer to hang my jacket up or take it for me, so I awkwardly placed it on the floor next to the hair washing station. She also didn't introduce herself, I had to ask for her name. Once washed, she said "follow me" leaving me to manage my coat, bag and towel. Once seated she did inquire into what I wanted done. However, she spent the next 25 minutes pulling at all the knots in my hair. I understand it's knotty when wet, but then you put some detangler in it, not struggle with it causing me pain. Overall the blow dry was just OK. It looked fine, but I probably could have done the same at home. read more
