My grass was cut in June. I mistakenly paid the invoice twice in June. he said I will credit that on the next cut. After I noticed on my cameras that he hadn't been out there in 5 weeks. I messed him asking him was he going to continue to take care of my lawn and he said yes. I'm behind schedule with all of the rain. I mentioned I could tell the grass was really high. He said I will get to it this week. After 6 weeks from the previous cut. He billed me for $170.00 stating he cut my yard 3 times but would only charge me for 2 cuts after he waited 6 weeks to cut my yard. He gave me the $100 credit from June bill leaving $75.00. I wasn't going to pay that when he didn't cut my yard for 6wks. He files a lien on my property. He mentioned he don't have to give me that credit since I put $100.00 as a tip. As I spoke with other landscapers to get quotes they said that is not typical for a landscaper to do that. They cut wet or dry. They wouldn't wait 6 weeks no mater of the rain. read more
