He always did what he said he would and listened to what our thoughts were about what needed to be done. He went so far as to text me to remind me to water one of the plants we had him transplant. Then this morning we found him outside watering that same plant again and he had no other reason to be here. I had even told him I set an alarm on my phone to remind me to do it but he knew we had been away late last night. However; its been over a month and no one has contacted me. I have called them few times and was told they contacted me, and never did. There's no missed calls or any voice mail on my phone. When I contact them today, the young lady stated, she had no ideal when they would be able to give me a quote, she would keep me on the waiting list. Did know I was on waiting list, was never told to me when I call. Sorry, never heard of waiting list for quote. Is this really a way to run a business? I thought it was really strange, I could not get a date and time for quote. She then, became rude and stated you can take you name off the list. WOW, but I guess if you are booked up you can be rude to customers because you have a lot of business right not. However; there will be a time you wish you were nicer to potential customers. The whole experience was awful and waste of time. I could have contacted someone else if they would had just told me we cant do the job. Disappointed in Thibodaux.
