I was so happy with this place. I brought 3 "mini" skirts in for alteration. All fit so differently…read morebut the main issue was the waist. I have a bigger butt and a small waist so I needed them to just be taken in on the waist. They measured me and worked with me to understand what I needed and I was shocked with how well they fit afterwards. I got them on sale so if the alterations didn't work out I wasn't too worried but now that they have done such a great job on these-I would be confident bringing a more expensive piece for alterations if I needed to.

We ordered 210 shirts for our school children with a fear that they couldn't get made in time. Rob assured us he could do it by our deadline and even got them done sooner! I messed up the order and was short 2 shirts. Rob jumped all over it and had them done next day. Quality: The shirts came out amazing and high quality. They feel like they would be hard to remove the print even if you tried. Overall this place was wonderful in every aspect. He mentioned their name comes from their mission of "making an impact" on every customer and they delivered. Thank you again!

This store is truly worth a visit! It is seriously a visit to a different decade. The entire store…read morecould be in the fifties, or earlier. It's homey and simply arranged with real examples of what talented crafters can do with lovely materials. Sadly, I am not (yet) one such person. As with the shopfronts of the past, the owner lives upstairs, and will advise her customers that they can call if she's popped upstairs during business hours. The owner (I think her name is Pamela, but I've lost the business card.) takes yarn VERY SERIOUSLY. I recently went in for a gift for a relative who had made me a very large afghan. I wanted to buy the relative a fancy yarn that would be a pleasure for her to make something for herself. The owner asked me more questions than I even knew the answers to, and together we arrived at a beautiful wine colored yarn of a sort of silken material. It was a little dear, but I think the yarn will be a lovely scarf or shawl. The owner will answer ANY questions that you have. I don't think there's anything about knitting or crocheting that she doesn't know. Of course she teaches as well. In keeping with the classic theme, there is no Internet portal with which to access the store. I was told that if the owner had a computer it would probably be flying out of her upstairs window in short order. But, really, shouldn't we leave the house and meet our retailers sometimes? I strongly recommend this store to crafty folks!
