So I took a chance and googled a florist. The lady that took my order was very nice. I told her what I wanted and asked what a nice arrangement would cost. She said $40.00 and above. I decided on a $50.00 arrangement. She said that would be a nice amount. Well, it wasn't!!!!! I honestly should have went to Walmart or Kroger and got some flowers. The daisies looked like they had been picked by the roadside. I called the flower shop after the funeral which was on a Saturday and spoke with Caitlin who was nice, and I told her I was very unhappy. She said they take photos of all arrangements and show them to the owner. So I hadn't heard anything as of Wednesday and finally on Thursday I spoke with the owner. As soon as we started talking, the owner Paula had an attitude and was defensive. This is not an acceptable way to deal with customers I didn't want my money back but I was hoping they would redo the arrangement and deliver it to the family. Even an "I'm sorry" would have helped. Paula was not wanting to resolve this. So please think twice before having Paula's Bloom Room do your flowers. My $50.00 bunch of flowers ended up being $66.25.

She took my phone call before opening hours to ensure that she helps the business she works for. Just really exceptional work. Whoever is running your email needs to stop doing it, or work on their email skills. I didnt even expect a reply back today at this time. I feel blown off, like I walked in right before close and the worker ushered me out so he could clock out. Which is likely what happened via the internet as the email came at closing time. "I'm sorry, we do not do greenery rentals. We would love to still accommodate your request, we would love to talk about pricing for xyz...." And then I could've politely corrected you and said, "Oh no, I apologize, that's not what I meant. I had been at a few different events where Archer's did fern rentals, so I was inquiring about that and was also interested in purchasing greenery arrangements."
