Mother's Day is tomorrow, and I'd called too late. Yet, Jan was so kind as to call me back, and helped me. I left the entire decision to them (they're sorta famous for their artistic and tasteful arrangements), and added a living plant to my order as well. A vase, with roses and cut flowers, and a yellow lily, as the living arrangement, was their suggestion. Paid by credit card. Done. Except, and this is important: I'd already given her license to sell me whatever she wished to, at whatever price she wanted, yet I was still given an excellent price, for their outstanding service. She also owns Cornerstone Realty, not that I intend to buy or sell any more real estate, but you can measure Jan Hoover's character by how well she treated me this day. read more

Although, I was disappointed with the quality of the arrangement, several pieces of the arrangement fell out or broke off. Poorly constructed. However, they were able to fulfill my request for the arrangement in a timely manner. Plus, I found their location difficult to find. Although, they have signage by the road, better signage could be noted. They are located on the backside, lower level of the building. Unfortunately, for the price I paid and the quality, I will not use their service again. read more

I called the morning of a funeral and was able to have flowers delivered for service. I am out of town so I asked for picture and was sent one and arrangement was beautiful. Flowers were delivered. Only issue was our names were spelled incorrectly on card. read more

I ordered a flower arrangement on a Wednesday for a Sunday funeral. We are out of town. The lady that took my order stated she would send me a picture of the arrangement on Saturday and they would be delivered on Saturday for the Sunday funeral. I never received a photo of the arrangement. When I called on Saturday they were already closed. I left a message, but my call was never returned. I called the funeral home on Sunday and they stated that the flowers were not dropped off on Saturday with the rest of the flowers from All In Bloom. They checked the cards to verify. I again called All In Bloom, but they are closed on Sunday. I left a message. Again, no call back. When running a business like this with deliveries it would be nice if someone was returning important, time sensitive calls. On Monday I called and the lady at the store insisted they were delivered on Sunday & she stated that the funeral home did not take floral arrangements on Saturday. The funeral home stated they did receive flowers on Saturday for All In Bloom, however my arrangement was not there. The lady I spoke to on Monday said she was too busy to send me a picture of the flowers. She never apologized for not following through, even after she had agreed to sending me a photo. She never apologized for any confusion. Never offered to give my money back. I checked my bank statement and she did charge me for the arrangement on Wednesday as soon as my order was placed. I do not recommend buying arrangements/flowers from this company due to poor communication. read more

Whenever ordering flowers I always order from a local, small florist near the funeral home. I usually read reviews and only order from a florist with great reviews. For some reason I did not when I ordered flowers for my cousin's funeral, which was a HUGE mistake. The picture below was what I ordered, but was not what was delivered. After the funeral, the flowers were to go home with my cousin, the sister of the deceased. I made a point to not order roses, carnations, etc because my cousin loves flowers and enjoys taking care of plants in her little greenhouse. All she received was 2 fresh cut flowers in water tube's and 3 succulents. She said the basket was less than 10". I paid $79.50!! I am so embarrassed and humiliated that such a pitiful basket we delivered instead. I have called on 3 different days to try to talk to someone about this. The first day I call at 10:00 am. The lady I spoke with said she would pull the account up and call back, but she did not. The next day, I called 3x before someone finally answered, she said the owner is who I would need to speak with, but she would not be in until today. It is 3:00 pm and she still has not returned my call. I have called 4x today. No one answers my calls. read more

EDIT********* This is an edit to my original review. I just received a call from the owner of the shop who was very cooperative. She asked that I send her a picture of the arrangement that my mother received. She said that there were 2 similar orders on the same day and that they must have been mixed up. She said that she would remake the arrangement, send me a picture to make sure I was happy, and then deliver it to my mother today, 2/10. Once I receive the new photo I will add that to the review as well. It's very nice to know that there are business owners who will go above and beyond to make customers happy. read more

I ordered Mother's Day flowers that your location/store created and delivered. Unfortunately the flowers that I pridefully ordered ended up being an embarrassment (5/7/20) I received a call that the delivery driver left the flowers outside of the home sitting on the walkway, the driver did not ring the door bell to let recipient know that the flowers were there. Once the the flowers were stumbled upon on the walkway, then the next embarrassment came. The flower leaves were brown/old, the roses were in full bloom and falling off of the stem, some of the other flowers were damaged and the sunflowers were really old. I was shocked to get the call and complaint about the flowers because that did not describe the picture that I saw when placing the order. I know that we are in tough times right now and if your floral shop did not have flowers that were worth selling, then just kindly make the call to ask about changing the order. Customer service is key and you lack in that area. Never again will I order from All in Bloom, and I will not recommend a company that takes advantage of these tough times and will give you anything that they choose instead of your order! read more

I loved the service I received from All In Bloom today! I called from another state to order flowers for a college graduate and they were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I liked the arrangement by asking me about the type of vase I wanted, sending me a picture and even calling me back to make sure I liked it.
