The item was not delivered, I requested it to be delivered by 3pm, the parcel was not even…read moredelivered by 5pm and I clearly stated this is being delivered to a workplace which closes at 5pm. It is now the next day and still this has not been delivered; the whole point of the surprise on this date is effectively ruined. On top of this I was charged $17.00 for delivery. Definitely not happy about this, I called and emailed Baskets Because called and there has been no information given to update me they told me nothing could be done. Was not even given an apology
