I got a bug guy who pointed out a tree where my carpenter ants were coming from. Then, I made many calls to lawn and tree care. 1 called back wanting 32 bucks just to give me quote and southern tree care called back to ask what time.and day they could come by and check it out. Jeremy and his wonderful family came by and walked my property. I told him what I was looking for. I had just moved in and the house had been neglected so ton of debris, trash left from the pervious owners, and my moving boxes. All had to be taken along with 14 dead Cypress trees and about 5 or so trees trimmed from the home. We get to the front where he points put that one of the 5 huge trees I have is dying. I mean like a doctor Jeremy totally pointed out the tree that my bug guy said had carpenters ants. They quoted me what my husband and I found to be the fairest and the next day his crew came out and did just as I wanted and more. They even cleaned my gutters. One guy came to me and wanted me to know that on 1 tree he didn't take the whole branch because their was a birds nest there. AAAWWWWWWWEEEE. thank you. They get 5 stars from me but I deserve a 1. This move has made me forger my manners and I totally forgot to buy them lunch for their very hard work. Oh and the dead tree, they removed it and about 5-7ft from.the ground up dead! Black.and hollow. So happy I paid to remove that. If there was a bad strom.to come, that tree would do serious damage to either mine or my neighbors house.

A few days before service was scheduled, I called to ask if there was any chance of also clearing my fence line as the small bushes/trees were growing into my fence and well over my fence, obstructing any view. When the day came for service, the crew arrived early and worked diligently throughout the day. The tree removed from the backyard was very large and I'll admit I was a little nervous about how they were going to handle it. Needless to say, they did an excellent job with everything. It worked out that I was…read moreplanning on getting a quote for a tree removal, but when they showed up they thought it was for the removal, so they gave me a great price and went ahead and did it that day. What i wasn't happy about was that they drove and parked their trailer in my yard, which we have so carefully tried to get grass to grow in. I told them they could park in the driveway next to ours as the house wasn't occupied, which I thought they did, but when I came back out again it was in the yard. I figured that it was my fault because I didn't request them to stay off the grass so I let it go. They came back the next day to finish picking up the limbs and I requested a quote on getting some limbs cut from another tree for thinning while they were there. They promptly responded and again said they could do it that day, which was great. I asked if they would be careful with the grass because it was on a different side of the house and I didn't figure they would need to be in the grass anyway. I got home and they were working hard, but there were tire rugs all through my yard (we have a corner lot so there is no possible reason why they would need to drive where they did). Their truck was on the street at that point so the damage was already done and there was nothing I could say. Apparently, they ran over 3 street signs while they were there too (my neighbor was present when it happened). Long story short, they got my taken care of very promptly, the price was reasonable, and they were polite, but I would set expectations at the beginning of what you want regarding boundaries of your yard.
