Despite marketing promises of professional oversight, integrity, and reliable service, my experience involved a complete failure of project management and significant financial loss. * Lack of Oversight: I paid a $2,500 management and travel fee for on-site supervision. The supervisor was only on site for 30 minutes on the first day of a three-day project. * Severe Property Damage: Left unsupervised, the contractor--Atkins Construction & Excavation, LLC (West/Southwest Tennessee): Located near Selmer and Stantonville, TN-ruined an existing pond on my property. Management was completely unaware of the damage until I flew 2,500 miles to document it myself. * Retaliation: When confronted with the damage, the contractor entered my property without authorization and actively demolished the $7,900 construction pad he had just installed, leaving my land in total disarray. * Withheld Funds: Revolutionary Contracting, LLC is currently withholding my $8,000 deposit and claiming 110 billable hours at $150/hr, yet Mr. Quinton Black has refused to provide an itemized invoice justifying these hours. Total property damages currently sit at $16,000. Ample opportunities were provided to settle this amicably. Because management has refused to return the deposit or provide a transparent accounting breakdown, this matter is now transitioning to formal legal action.
