This hotel was recently renovated and has clean, neat rooms with clean showers…read more Breakfast was hot and tasty...fun pancake machine available too! Front desk employee was friendly and helpful. Only two things that could have been better would be thicker towels...but they were clean and soft... And juice machine was out of order, but they had dispensers as a replacement....obvious attention to detail I'd stay here again!

Extended stay with my family of 4. I am happy with our experience thus far…read more Walking in it was clean and were greeted warmly. The indoor Pool area is warm but hot tub was not hot unfortunately. (Not sure if we could ask to turn up the heat or not). The tiles in the pool area are slick when wet and easy to slip on so be careful. We did notice someone maintaining the pool during our stay so that is nice to see. Breakfast was nice and clean/organized well. The hot coffee/tea/hot chocolate was a nice treat through out the day. Rooms were clean and bedding smelled like laundry. Bed is not too comfortable but the pillows are thankfully. Fridge was not plugged in when we first got into room but that was an easy fix, just a little inconvenient since we had some food items to transfer from our cooler bag. The heat and AC both worked great with no issues. Our bathroom plug in sockets were super loose so trying to blow dry/straighten my hair was a pain. I wanted to add that the housekeeping ladies were great with our stay and always asking if we needed anything for our room.

We had a great one night stay here where attended a high school graduation next door at the Cadence…read moreBank Center. We had a suite where had a lot of square footage with a large separated bedroom, family room, kitchen, and bath. At first the TV in the bedroom and AC was not working, but the hotel staff quickly resolved the matter. Everything else worked fine. It was a full sized kitchen with medium sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, range, dishwasher but no oven. Paper products like paper towels are not provided along with tableware, drink ware and plates. There was also a small bar area with it's own sink. The hotel has WiFi and found the AT&T 5Ge (LTE) signal was very strong. The room was very clean and smelled nice. We had a corner room and views of the hotel next door and main road in front. The hotel also has an ice machine outside the door (could not hear it in room), indoor pool and spa, washer/dryer, and a pantry store at the lobby. Breakfast was served in the morning and enjoyed coffee, eggs, sausage and biscuits. The food was good. Felt safe staying there. The location was perfect where we just walked to the Cadence Bank Center and not deal with parking.

This hotel isn't new but I thought it was because of all the remodeling but I didn't really have…read moretoo many problems. The staff is really friendly and they greet you right when you walk in this hotel makes you feel comfortable. So off the bat great customer service the hotel was very clean and I even had a a great conversation with the house cleaning supervisor we ended up being in the elevator together. She was really nice. The room was kind of small, but it still got the job done. The pool area was my absolute favorite. It has a Jacuzzi and a pool and a back patio with chairs. The pool area was clean as well, and so is the gym area. I would have gave this hotel five stars if I could flush my toilet in my room that was my only problem with this hotel. But next time I come, I'm sure the problem will be fix but like I said this hotel is remodeling , so I'm sure once it gets up and running properly things like that shouldn't be a problem. Customer service was 10 out 10 I will definitely come back

However, the first room…read moreI got on the second floor had a broken lamp, frayed carpet, chips out of the mirror, floor lamp was unplugged and light bulb unscrewed because the switch didn't work, the view was all electrical components outside, and the chairs leg was breaking. I went to the front desk and the associate seemed annoyed when I told her I needed to inform them because I didn't want my company charged for damages. She gave me a second room but seemed annoyed about it. The second room was across the hall. The view was better but the door was missing to cover the mini fridge in this room, was completely missing the lightbulb in the only floor lamp for the room, and the night stand light on the left side has a short in it. When turned on it will just flash. Also, they have filled the hot tub in with concrete. The pool however is still available. Over all, I think the hotels local to this one that I have stayed in are better and offer more amenities. I will be back to the area next week and am staying at an adjacent hotel for that one.

The lobby is nice and includes coffee and water. The room itself felt acceptable but the carpet is a bit outdated and stained. The beds were comfortable as was the room temperature for October. The room was quite large and roomy with acceptable charging areas and lighting. One of the brighter hotel rooms I've been in but that means the outdatedness of the room was likely more obvious.

We chose this hotel over the…read moredozen other options (at equal star level and near half the price of this Holiday Inn ) within 10 minutes because of the EV convivence but this backfired for us. Although two EV chargers are available, they're owned by a third party and cost 50¢ per kWh! Needless to say, we paid extra for this hotel and ended up charging elsewhere anyway. The hotel is clean, modern, and looked like you could utilize conference rooms and outdoor pool but were driving through (arrived 9pm and left at 7am) so we didn't use any amenities. I rate this stay as ok because it's on the pricey side for what you get (we paid about $200 after tax for a Thursday). Breakfast isn't included and comes at an extra cost, which feels a bit stingy given the room rates. Overall, a comfortable bed and conveniently off the interstate, but not the best value.
