I cannot say enough great things about Scott and his team. Scott, himself, is extremely…read morepersonable, kind, and 100% invested in doing the best job possible. We first contacted Scott because we needed a decorative garden retaining wall that we had started to be finished (we had to make a list-minute move and were mid-remodel on our home). My husband is an absolute perfectionist--he has constructed a number of these decorative retaining walls professionally over the years--so our standards were very high. Scott and his team exceeded our expectations. Not only did they install the wall perfectly, Scott even made some suggestions that ended up making the wall look even nicer than our original plan. Scott and his team took the time (and let me tell you, it took A LOT of time) to clear all of the weeds, overgrown bushes, etc. out of our existing garden beds to make way for new plants and they also took care to protect our prized Japanese Maple during the process. While digging the base for our wall, Scott and his team uncovered a number of bricks from an old garden wall that had been buried over the years. Instead of just disposing of them, Scott had the wonderful idea of repurposing the bricks to create a lovely brick walkway off of our back patio into our backyard as well as a little brick pad to place a bucket or hose on underneath our front spigot. I was absolutely thrilled that he thought to do this. I think it's also important to note that Scott did all of this work within our set budget. Scott found ways to do the most with the money we had allotted and gave us the biggest bang and best quality for our buck...actually I'd say Scott's quality of work would not waiver no matter what budget you presented him with. His name is on this business and he takes that very seriously. Since Scott and his team finished up our garden wall, we have also hired them for general yard work like lawn mowing, weeding, aerating, seeding, and leaf-raking. We'll also be working with Scott in the spring to add plants to our garden beds. Our neighbors across the street were so impressed with his work, that they've hired him as well. I hope that other neighbors follow suit. In summary, Scott is a stand-up guy with a hardworking team who is willing to work within your budget to give you the most for your money with the absolute best quality. I will continue to recommend him to any and everyone.

Your listing agent typically disappears about 10 seconds after the papers to list the house are signed. NOT Steve - nope, he was with us EVERY step of the way. He knows the market, he knows houses, he knows how to figure out what a house is worth, he worked tirelessly promoting our house BEFORE IT WAS EVEN listed. He counseled us throughout of the inspections, appraisals, etc. He brought us boxes, he helped us clean up. He even came back after we had left to do some additional clean up and to ensure our property was ok. When you know what you are doing, you make it look easy. Steve makes it look easy - the guy is a compassionate, professional, friendly, MORE than helpful guide and counselor during the process. Because of his counsel, I believe our home sold much faster and for a higher price than we would have otherwise gotten. I am happy to talk to anyone about Steve Rader. What a pro. What a nice guy. Steve is a guy you can trust. I feel very, very lucky to have had him on my side as I was selling my home.

A few reschedules because he was so "busy", we got a time for early Saturday and waited. And waited. We live in the country and saw a white truck drive by and then drive by again. No Dan. Was not our house and blamed US for messing up his day. My husband was always professional in his text to him, always polite about his not showing up when he said he would, and never getting upset OR feeling he was "special" (what does that mean, anyway?). Here is Dan's final text to us after my husband said we no longer wanted his service: " We have 1000's of clients every year since 1893. I am sorry that you are offended that I did not remember how special you are. I did assume, so that is my bad. Never claimed to be perfect. So, if you want to be a dick, we can certainly part ways. If you want to be reasonable I can reschedule. Either way is fine with me. I will assume the first, unless I hear from you. Good luck." I asked Caleb to send me the report after spending hours of flushing, the sewer line out with my water ,which height my water bill $200 more than average..
