They deliberately blow leaves into my yard while doing work for the next-door neighbors. It is inconsiderate and disrespectful to treat someone else's property this way. My yard should not be left with leaves and debris because the workers are unwilling to take responsibility for the mess they create. I hope someone at Berns Garden Center takes this complaint seriously and makes the necessary changes to prevent this from happening again.

Immediately we were able to find people that were more than helpful, knowledgeable and really a pleasure to deal with. Whether you are going into buy a plant for the inside, something for the outside or you're looking for outdoor landscape ideas, Delhi seems to have you covered. Our experience was this: We purchased a few smaller, individual, cacti and then picked out small pots and they potted them for us, at no extra charge. Since a couple of them were for the kids, they let the kids decorate them with some decorative stones of different colors. I purchased a small Cactus myself that they potted and we also purchased a taller house plant. The staff was very knowledgeable about the plants and helpful in our making the selection. Would I go back? Absolutely. Now mind you, this place is the real deal. They are a greenhouse. So you may pay a little bit more than you would from simply buying a plant at a big-box store or maybe a larger hardware or home store. But it's like the difference in buying a pet from a reputable breeder versus a pet store chain. We're very much looking forward to going back and can't speak highly enough about the staff and our experience here.

I asked about a few other plants I owned, they're not looking too good. "I do not have a great green thumb, plus I bought most of my plants from Home Depot and Kroger's. Being that nobody was in the store other than me I deemed it the perfect time to ask questions and maybe she could've shown me some plants I could care for with ease! NOPE... Her attitude was very nonchalant! So, I took my $375.00 back home got on the phone with Knolls Nursery, and will be spending my money with them! The order was delivered on time and a confirmation was emailed to me letting me know. When you aren't local to an area you truly are at a disadvantage when it comes to trusting that the service you see online is going to be the reality of what you receive. The flowers were beautiful.
