Before the appointment, she mentioned in a text that "draperies start around $3,000 and likely go higher" which felt like a warning that we might not be able to afford them, without even seeing our doors and meeting us. We ended up choosing the roman shades that were about $1200. It was just an off-putting way to start. After we purchased, she never followed up. When I texted her to ask about the status of our order, she told me to call the office instead of checking for me (I called & just got a voice mail). We never received a thank you for the sale. The product is good, but the service was flat and unprofessional.
